This is one place in the CBD many would not expect to find free parking at, but that’s what Clarke Quay offers on weekdays. Check out their large range of restaurants and bistros that often offer lunchtime promos!

2. Dempsey Hill

Dempsey Hill is home to numerous high-end restaurants like The White Rabbit and The Wine Company. And while the food bill may not always be pocket-friendly, at least you wouldn’t need to worry about rushing off to avoid parking charges with their 24-hour free parking.

4. Labrador Nature Reserve
At Labrador Nature Reserve, you can explore countless relics and historical artefacts such as war sites, weapons, and forts that the British built in Singapore back in WWII. There are also nature trails that connect to other parks like the Southern Ridges and Mount Faber Park.

5. Mount Faber Park

Mount Faber Park is where you can take a cable car to Sentosa Island. At the highest point of this park, you’ll find Faber Point, a heritage site with wall murals commemorating some of Singapore’s most historic moments.
For panoramic views of Singapore’s skyline, dine at Abora, a Western restaurant located on level 2 of the park. Free parking is available round the clock, daily.

6. Gillman Barracks

If you’ve been travelling to the same few galleries like SAM and National Museum to get your culture fix, then Gillman Barracks is another option you can consider for a change. They hold art exhibitions, movie screenings and art workshops on a regular basis. They also have a playroom for little ones from ages 1-12 to get creative with painting and drawing.

12. IMM Mall

IMM’s got free parking available at any point of the day for the first two hours. This is available daily on weekdays. Food stores there include the popular Hai Di Lao Hotpot and Gelare, which serves up delicious waffles with ice cream.
