1. Children’s Festival at Gardens by the Bay
Free entry to Pixar-themed carnival
This June, witness a mini-Disneyland at Children’s Festival 2024 in Gardens by the Bay, with a Pixar-themed Inside Out 2 carnival. Under the supertrees are 6 interactive zones and other activities which bring scenes from the animated film to life. These include a mirror maze, a swing set and a giant doodle wall.
Aside from playing around the colourful exhibits, there are also carnival game booths, special performances, movie screenings and a Pixar merch store pop-up to cop exclusive toys from the new movie.

2. i Light Singapore & Gastrobeats
IG-worthy displays around Marina Bay
We can’t think of a better way to spend your summer nights than in i Light Singapore 2024, with art installations all across Marina Bay, South Beach, Tanjong Pagar, and Millenia Walk. Each exhibit plays around with lights, mist, and optical illusions to make for some spectacular IG-photo ops.
But it’s not all just glowy displays to see as there are also some great grubs to get at this year’s GastroBeats. Grab munches from all over the world, from katsu sandwiches, tanghulu and Indian curry sets.

3. Adventure Cove Waterpark Bubble Fiesta
Bubble raves & giant inflatables
How do you make a water park even more fun? Just add bubbles. Adventure Cove Waterpark’s Bubble Fiesta is the park’s new bubbly festival for this summer. Aside from the already thrilling water slides and splash zones, the park will also have bubble domes, bouncy inflatables and a bubble rave, with a DJ workshop for kids.

4. Hello Kitty Run Fest 2024
Celebrate Hello Kitty’s 50th birthday at Sentosa

It’s not too late to get started on that summer bod so why not do it in the cutest way possible at the Hello Kitty Run Fest 2024? In celebration of Hello Kitty’s 50th Anniversary, you can get your running shoes on to participate in a 4km run for adults or 900m dash.
Registration for the event also includes a Hello Kitty t-shirt, tote bag, and keychain so that you can zoom through the tracks in kitty fashion. Even if you’re not in your running era, you can still celebrate the icon’s birthday in Sentosa with the new Hello Kitty Singapore Cable Cars from now till 31st December 2024.

5. Children’s Season 2024
Artsy activities & a hawker-themed exhibition

Learning doesn’t have to stop just because it’s summertime. Children’s Season 2024 combines the joy of art and museums with lessons about Singapore’s heritage for your little ones.
Whether they’re plunging Into The Hawkerverse in Children’s Museum Singapore, with exhibits on the importance of hawker culture, or let them hunt for light-up animals in I Spy: Spot the Animals! A Hunt Activity in Story of the Forest at the National Museum of Singapore.

6. Pink Fest 2024
Flea market, film festival & career fair for Pride month

Celebrate the freedom to love this June with Pink Fest, an organisation that hosts various activities to support and promote the LGBTQ+ community in Singapore for Pride Month.
Support local queer businesses at Pasar Pink on 9th June. You’ll be able to get your hands on jewellery, handicrafts, and baked goods. Upgrade your wardrobe at Design Orchard’s Fashion For All event, with collections by local designers and inclusive runway shows.
There’s also Pink Screen, Singapore’s LGBTQ+ film festival, showcasing local cinema like Bugis Street and Baby Queen at The Projector. Finally, they’ll be holding an Inclusive Careers Fair on 22nd June 2024 to make it easier for individuals to find safe and comfortable workforces.
Once you’re done with all of those, you can continue to celebrate your identity or be a solid ally at Pink Dot on 29th June 2024.

7. Orchids of Angkor Wat
Explore Cambodia’s flora and architecture in the Cloud Dome

It’s time to head up “north” to witness the unique flora of Cambodia with Gardens by the Bay’s newest Orchids of Angkor Wat exhibit. In collaboration with the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Singapore, the Cloud Dome now sports a variety of colourful orchids, as well as stone replicas of famous architecture from the region.

8. The Devil’s Play
Horror theatre immersive dinner experience

Summer can be spooky, too, especially with The Devil’s Play, a 3-course immersive horror theatre experience. With a dimmed restaurant and themed course, you’ll be held in suspense for what comes next, both in the scenes and on your plate.
The play is staged at The Semma Bistro, known for serving atas versions of Singapore Indian favourites like roti john and some fusion dishes as well. Who knows what will end up scaring you more, the spicy curry or the spooky performances?

9. Your Curious Journey by Olafur Eliasson
Singapore Art Museum’s newest exhibition

Singapore Art Museum curates some of the most mesmerising exhibits, with this year’s entry being Your Curious Journey by Olafur Eliasson. Using light, wind, fog and water, the pieces here show artistic expressions of identity and climate commentary.
There are 5 main pieces for you to get lost in and take some mind-bending images with, including sprinkling water, fluid-looking ceilings and a completely yellow corridor.

10. Kidzania Singapore
Reopened kids theme park in Sentosa
Imagine a place where children rule the streets and take on their parent’s jobs of doctor, banker or even baker. Watch as this imagination comes to life at the newly revamped Kidzania Singapore.
With over 30 different role-play activities from flight pilot to museum curator, kids can put on their parent’s shoes and even earn a salary for their hard work. Do book your tickets fast as we expect June dates for the theme park to sell out quickly.
11. Dragon Boat Festival 2024
Boat races & dumpling-making workshops
Splash right into Singapore’s Dragon Boat Festival activities this year, from watching fierce competitors rowing to making origami versions of dragon boats. Cheer on your teams during the Dragon Boat Festival race. Watch 50 teams splash it out and claim the title of the Singapore Dragon Boat Festival winner.
Another way to celebrate is by attending the Wan Qing Dragon Boat Festival activities, like kueh and candle making and a DIY miniature dragon boat-making workshop. Families can come down and learn about the festival’s history through Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall’s storytelling sessions.

12. Italian Film Festival 2024
Explore Italy through their cinema

If you’re only references to Italy are Cacio e Pepe and Super Mario Bros, it’s time to see the nation with a brand new set of eyes at the Italian Film Festival 2024. Hosted by The Projector and the Embassy of Italy, there are 8 films for you to binge all of June.
The films span across all genres like fantasy, romance and thriller with some notable ones to watch out for being La Dolce Vita, a critically-acclaimed love triangle tale and Gloria!, a musical comedy set in a convent school.
