Marina Bay Sands has always been a go-to destination for everything nightlife-related, from next-level nightclubs like MARQUEE to chic bars like AVENUE Lounge.
Without needing much introduction, MARQUEE spans 3 floors and is a clubbing hotspot for locals and tourists alike. As Singapore’s largest nightclub, it features a unique 70ft-tall indoor Ferris wheel for you to get a bird’s-eye view of the entire venue, plus a 3-storey slide to get the adrenaline going.
For $120, you can look forward to MARQUEE Infinite Pour, a promotion where you can enjoy unlimited drinks from a list of spirits, wine, and beer from 10pm-5am. On the dancefloor, the nightclub features a variety of music genres from dark techno to rave dance beats. Meanwhile, AVENUE Lounge is a bar with design elements inspired by grand penthouse apartments in New York. They have a wide range of in-house facilities such as a mini bowling alley, vintage arcade pinball machines, skee ball machines, and even a pool table.
Catch live DJ performances happening during programmes like Midweek Mystique, with ladies enjoying a complimentary flute of prosecco on Wednesdays, or check out Vybe on Thursday nights, made for those with a passion for Latin, Amapiano, and Afrobeats, not forgetting cocktails available at $10 nett.

2. ARK11
Galactic-themed nightclub at Orchard
The next spot to add to your bucket list would be ARK11, a galactic-themed nightclub located at Orchard Central. As this nightclub was designed by the same team who built the famous Battlestar Galactica at USS, you’ll witness a spaceship-like environment with elements like a huge mechanical heart sculpture that “pumps” to the music, and tables designed like space capsules.
A cool feature of this place is their futuristic bar “operated by AI”, so you can order drinks online instead of queuing up physically. House pours here start from $15, and some of the must-try drinks here would be their Flaming Lamborghini ($38), a sambuca-based drink with Kahlua set on fire, and their Long Island Iced Tea ($20).

3. NOVA
Highest rooftop bar in Singapore with an astral centrepiece
Situated at One Raffles Place, NOVA is the highest rooftop bar in Singapore that offers panoramic views of the CBD skyline. This bar has 2 levels, an outdoor dining area on the second floor, and a resident DJ blasting live music on the first floor. Apart from spaces for you to dance and dine, you’ll be drawn to the main centrepiece ASTRA, an illuminated steel sculpture that resembles a star.
Food-wise, we recommend trying the Seasonal Vegetable Tempura ($16) served with a spicy Szechuan garlic sauce, and cocktails to pair with your food like The Roselle ($22), a gin-based drink infused with sweet red vermouth and soda.
4. Level Up
Arcade bar with video game machines, darts & foosball
If you want to have a more thrilling evening aside from drinking games, head on down to Level Up, an arcade bar located at Clarke Quay. They have several video game machines and game stations to choose from, such as Bishi Basha, Daytona, darts, and air hockey. The games cost 1-4 tokens each, with every purchase of a drink coming with 1 free token and 10 tokens given for a bottle of liquor purchased.
Gamers will love the ambience here, with walls covered in mural graffiti art of video games like Street Fighter & Puzzle Bobble, created by local street artists. There will also be live music performances by resident DJs from Tuesdays to Saturdays.
After playing all the fun games and vibing to the music, refuel yourselves with some bar bites like their Mac & Cheese ($10) served with bacon bits, or their Tempura Onion Rings ($12) served with BBQ sauce. They also have alcoholic beverages like beer that starts from $16/pint, and soju from $18/bottle.
5. Here Kitty Kitty

For those who want a more peaceful and tranquil drinking experience, consider visiting Here Kitty Kitty. It’s a Shinjuku-themed bar located at Clarke Quay, where you’ll spot Japanese murals and hanging ornaments inspired by interior designs of Tokyo’s bars from the 1950s.

Treat your tastebuds to some Japanese bar bites here such as their Karaage ($15) served with sriracha tonkatsu sauce, and their Crispy Pork Wanton ($17) with a side of Thai chilli sauce. The bar is also known for their signature highballs, like Kitty’s Handshake ($20), a drink made from a blend of strawberry & basil shrub and fizzy water.
Do note that Happy Hour here is from Tuesdays to Thursdays from 6pm-7pm, and you’ll get to enjoy highballs and house pours from a discounted price of $15.
6. Drip
Berlin-themed club with HDB-inspired dance podiums
Get your funk on at Drip, a 2-storey Berlin-themed club located at the basement of Concord Hotel & Shopping Mall. This nightclub is filled with funky art sculptures, HDB-inspired dance podiums, and an empty swimming pool to cool down after some intense dancing.
For a better idea of the layout here, the main Drip Room will be playing underground house and EDM music, while the Salt Room will play Top 40 hits and hip hop music, so it’s up to your preference in deciding which will be your hangout spot.

7. Cherry Discotheque

Located at Keck Seng Tower, Cherry Discotheque is a hip-hop-themed club that will bring you back to the 80s. As you enter the club, you’ll be greeted by vibrant neon lights, retro TVs, and vintage phone booths that cover private rooms behind them. There are also arcade game machines like Street Fighter and Pacman.

In terms of their menu, they mainly serve alcoholic beverages such as the classic Long Island Tea (from $45), and housepours from $15. For those thinking of going all out, their tequila shots start from $15 and they also have cocktails like Jägerbomb from $20/shot.
8. Mr Stork

For those who want to have a drink and experience camping at the same time, visit Mr Stork, a rooftop bar located at Andaz Hotel. Unlike conventional bars, you’ll be seated in cosy teepee tents outdoors while having your drinks and food.

While taking in the fresh air and grand views of skyscrapers surrounding the hotel, have some Kaarage Chicken in Hot Sauce ($24), or try some unique dishes like their Beetroot Hummus with Feta Cheese & Pita Bread ($18). To quench your thirst, you can go for their signature Seedlip cocktails ($22), which is a non-alcoholic cocktail so you’ll still be able to get back home sober.
9. Ume San 100
Hidden Japanese tavern in Bugis that serves umeshu
Concealed behind a row of Japanese vending machines with Suntory drinks and bento meals, Ume San 100 is an izakaya-style bar that specialises in umeshu, or plum liquor. With bamboo pub tables and high stools, this bar offers over 100 drinks with mainly 40 types of umeshu.
Some of the crowd favourites here include the blended Black Tea Umeshu ($12/glass), and the 2008 Choki Jukusei Umeshu ($108/bottle), an aged liquor that uses plums grown in Kyoto. Food-wise, there are plenty of bar bites available too such as their Garlic Chicken Karaage ($16), Spicy Tuna Kobachi ($16), and their creamy Angry Asari Soup Ramen ($16) made of seafood.
After you’ve had your fill of ramen and umeshu, the bar also has a range of party games such as Lucky Stab and Crocodile Dentist, which are ideal for groups looking to bond over a few friendly matches. For the uninitiated, the same people behind Ume San 100 also launched Ume Maru, a hidden manga-themed bar in Far East Plaza that offers a selection of comics like Naruto, as you sip on their umeshu-based cocktails.
10. Atlas

If you’ve gone shopping at Bugis or Haji Lane, chances are you would have walked past Atlas, a grand bar situated inside Park View Square. You definitely won’t miss this building as it’s often cited as resembling Batman’s Gotham City with its architectural design.

With high ceilings, spiral staircases, and more than 1,000 bottles of liquor on display, you’ll feel like you’re in a set of The Great Gatsby as you sip on a glass of wine. 11. Kulnari Mystery Golf

If you’re looking for a mix of mini golf and an escape room experience, Kulnari Mystery Golf is the ideal place for you, as it offers several golf courses, a murder mystery to solve, and a bar.

As you step inside the golf course, you’ll be roaming through rooms with vintage chairs and lamps that look like they came from a 1920s movie set. With a total of 18 holes, each interactive golf course here will test your swinging skills, as well as your detective intuition in solving different puzzles. You’re given a maximum of 1.5 hours to finish the entire experience, with 6 attempts given to each person for a hole.

Upon completion of the 9th and final course, you’ll reach their in-house bar where you can order unique alcoholic beverages like their Ichigo Cameron Gin ($22), and bar bites like their fried Lotus Roots ($8) sprinkled in sea salt and honey.
12. Mama Diam

Those looking for hidden gems in Singapore will be delighted to discover Mama Diam, a speakeasy bar that aims to recreate the vibes of a mama store. With a vibrant mural painting depicting the 80s and blue-white HDB void deck stools as seats, you’ll immediately get flashbacks from when you were a kid.

You won’t be disappointed with the range of unique alcoholic drinks such as their Is It Tea You’re Looking For? (from $28), a tea-infused cocktail served in teacups and has a choice of either lychee or oolong tea.

In terms of food, the bar offers many locally-inspired dishes such as their Soft Shell Crab Bao ($15 for 3), deep fried crab served with the traditional chill crab sauce, and bar bites like their signature Homemade Churros ($12+), served with a specially made caramel dipping sauce.
13. Tipsy Unicorn Beach Club

If you’re looking to escape the mundane environments at your workplaces, visit Tipsy Unicorn Beach Club in Sentosa. This Barbie-inspired party venue offers comfy lounge beds on Siloso Beach, an outdoor bar facing the ocean, and even a jacuzzi.
Apart from catching the sunset at the beach, there are private lounges here that can accommodate up to 20 people, and poolside VIP Cabana seats for you to fully soak in the party atmosphere.
The bar mainly serves cocktails ($22), made using fresh ingredients like pineapple, pomegranate, and coconut to quench your thirst. A must-try beverage would be their signature Sake Sangria – a sake-based drink infused with raspberry and lychee puree.
With a menu inspired by the idea of “what a unicorn would eat”, they offer a range of seafood dishes like their Charcoal Grilled Octopus ($30), and their Seafood Paella ($42), a dish made up of shellfish and garlic aioli rice. Vegetarians are included as well with dishes like the Spiced Lentil Tarts ($18), a great choice for a light snack.
