The snack-themed Meiji Run will be held at Sentosa and comprises a 3.5km fun run and a 10km competitive one. Look forward to a “Meiji Buffet” at the end of your run where you can collect a whole range of drinks and snacks like Hello Panda and Yan Yan.
Families with kiddos can opt for the 3.5km race, while the adults can go for the 10km run. You’ll be receiving an adorable Meiji medal featuring a panda and cow once you’ve crossed the finish line.

Groups of friends and school track teams can participate in the MR25 Marathon Relay. You’ll need 6-8 runners per team and each person will take turns to carry a baton across a total distance of 3.1km, 14 times. It’s open to a whopping 15 different age groups, and the minimum age to take part is 10 years old.

Run For Inclusion is held in support of persons with special needs. For the first time, a new 20km cycle category will be introduced. It’s a non-competitive segment where participants on single bikes cycle beside persons with special needs (PWSN) who will be on tandem bikes. A total of 1000 free slots will be given to PWSN so they can participate.

Take part in Singapore’s only night golf course run, Nee Soon FUNtARTstic 3Ten Run. It’s jointly organised by Orchid Country Club and Nee Soon GRC, and gives you a unique experience of running over a golf course.
This year, a new running category, 10km Mixed Team Challenge, will be released. Kids are also encouraged to participate in the 1.5km family run.

Urban Aquathlon is a 2-stage race that’ll have you swimming in an Olympic size pool before continuing your run. There’s a whole range of categories, starting from a 50m swim and 0.5km run so rest assured that even kids can participate.

Progress: Road Race 2 is part 4 of the 5-part Garmin Performance Series to encourage people of all fitness levels to be consistent with their exercising efforts. But not to worry, you can still participate in this race even if you did not take part in the prior events.
Some of the prizes you can take home include $200 cash and $300 product vouchers for the 21km competitive race. Participants of the 5km, 10km, and 21km runs are all entitled to a runner singlet and finisher singlet, alongside a medal, electronic certificate and vouchers.

The POSB PAssion Run For Kids is a run for both children and adults. If you aren’t up for competing, you can take part in the 3.5km Family Walk. Participants will receive a race pack which comprises of a Run for Kids shirt, backpack, race bib. Only participants of competitive categories will receive a finisher medal.
You can also form a group of 8 adults and take part in the 10km team challenge. The winning team will bring home a cash prize of $800 and a trophy. You can also opt to donate to the POSB PAssion Kids Fund, which to date has helped 490,000 children in the community through activities and programmes.

The Yellow Ribbon Prison Run was created to raise awareness of the importance of giving second chances to ex-offenders. Many of them face stigma after serving time in jail and any support and acceptance is greatly appreciated to help them reintegrate into society.
The proceeds for this run will go towards rehabilitation and reintegration programmes for ex-offenders and support for their families. The endpoint for this Yellow Ribbon Prison Run is at Changi Prison Complex, a potent reminder for this run’s cause.

The BNG Fun Run is an event organised for a good cause. A portion of the proceeds will go towards helping non-profit organisations like Society for the Physically Disabled (SPD). This event is a fun run, so there aren’t any competitive categories, meaning your race time won’t be recorded.

Force Of Nature Marathon is the only trail marathon happening in Singapore in 2019. A majority of the route covered consist of hiking trails in MacRitchie Reservoir and its vicinity. This marathon will feature a single continuous route instead of the numerous loops and rounds found in other races.
Experienced marathon runners will want embark on the 42km race, which covers a variety of terrains including challenging trails in Bukit Timah and Mandai. The first 200 race pack collectors will receive a free hard copy Run Singapore magazine, while the rest will receive a digital edition.

The Home Team NS Real Run is an annual event that aims to encourage regular exercise among Home Team members and their families. Participants will receive a medal, running singlet, and a race pack bib. Only those running the 10km run will receive a finisher shirt.

If you love sunsets, CSC Run By The Bay, by the Civil Service Club (CSC) is a run you won’t want to miss out on. When the sun goes down, runners will begin their route beside the calm waters of the Marina Reservoir. The 12.8km run is the exact distance of the trail around the reservoir but if you aren’t up for that, there is also a 6km run for adults, and a 1.28km category reserved solely for kids.
A wide variety of festival activities like yoga by Fitness First and zumba sessions will be available before the start of the run. There will also be a kids corner where children will be entertained by clowns and a bouncy castle.

One of the most highly-anticipated marathons of the year is the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon. Last year, participants travelled from over 100 countries to Singapore just to participate.
