We’re almost halfway through 2026, and if your “new year, new me” fitness resolutions haven’t quite stuck, here’s your chance to lock in and get your body moving again at Glow Festival 2026.
The health and wellness festival is back for its 5th and biggest edition yet, and it’s taking over the sandy beaches of Sentosa once again. Organised by Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC), Singapore Tourism Board (STB), Prudential Singapore, and event founder Exceed Sports & Entertainment, Glow Festival is a multi-day event aimed at encouraging mindfulness and movement amongst festival-goers.
From 10th to 19th July 2026, Sentosa will be transformed into a wellness playground with island-wide activities and discounted dining and spa treatments at various hotels.
Be sure to stick around for the festival’s final weekend, as event highlights will take place at the Festival Grounds’ main Cupola Stage and 6 interactive zones at Palawan Green.

OGs will remember the overhead canopy from Glow Festival’s inaugural event back in 2019, and it’s making an appearance again as the 2,000 sqm space is transformed into a fitness zone by day and concert venue by night.
It gets better, with 5 extra zones located nearby, including a food market featuring local brands, a crafters’ corner with DIY activities, and R&R zones with ice baths and muscle recovery treatments, just to name a few.
