Keong Saik is lined with restaurants, bars, and cafes but if you’re looking for happy hour prices all day, head straight to Wine & Chef. The wine menu features sparkling wine for $11, whites and reds for $13-$18, and Aperol for just $9.

Just to reiterate, these prices are available all day, so you don’t have to limit your visits to just after-work tipples. Apart from its late night opening hours, its wines are also budget-friendly with glasses of rose, red, white, and sweet wines from $8 and prosecco at $9. If you’re heading down for a boozy lunch on the weekdays, you’ll be glad to know that you can top up your vino for just $6 with a set lunch ($16.90)
