Online wellness session & HIIT workout

For some people eating right and staying fit during this period is the least of their worries but it’s important to stay healthy during this period. During this session, Cheryl Tay, founder of Rock The Naked Truth and fitness coach at Grit Yard, will be sharing tips on how to be in good shape at home as well as conduct a 30-minute HIIT workout.

Online art exhibition inspired by the COVID-19 situation

INSTINC is bringing the museum experience to you with 14-day STAY HOME NOTICE – an exhibition by isolated artists from Singapore and around the world. The artworks are inspired by the ongoing pandemic and 25% of proceeds from the sale of the art will be donated to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for WHO.

Stand-up comedy workshop

Work on your comedy chops and public speaking skills with this workshop hosted by Scott Mitchell who has organised more than 500 stand-up comedy shows in Singapore. The course is broken up into 4 x 45-minute sessions within a day and you’ll even get to have an online graduation performance.

A human library experience

Exploring themes of drug addiction, social struggles and mental health afflictions, youths from Acting Up – a social enterprise that provides therapeutic follow up for youth, will share their struggles through recovery. During the online session, a human book will share their experience and “readers” can discuss and ask questions after.
