The bar serves dishes inspired by our local cuisine. Their Teochew Ceviche ($24) is a spicy prawn dish that is sure to give your taste buds a kick. If you want something filling, the Paneer Butter Jackfruit ($30) is a vegetarian dish inspired by Indian flavours and made with cottage cheese.
For $25 each, let the bartenders shake you up a cocktail. Get yourself a Tea Milk Punch for a boozy BBT fix or Appletini for a fruity treat. They also have wines and beers, if you prefer.

3. CM-PB Contemporary Melting-pot & Bar

Located in the tranquillity of Dempsey Hill, CM-PB Contemporary Melting-Pot & Bar is a tropical hideaway from the bustle of the city. The bar has a laid-back atmosphere that doesn’t feel quite like Singapore, and there are also outdoor seating areas if you’d like to dine amongst nature.

The restaurant serves Asian and Western cuisine with a contemporary twist on local flavours. Order the Signature Hokkien Mee ($32) for a burst of umami flavours. For something soupy, the Mussels & Clams ($33) will warm your tummy on a rainy day.
Happy hours are from 11.30am-6pm on weekdays and 10.30am-6pm on weekends. Craft beers are on tap, and original cocktails are available if you want the bartenders’ specials.

7. Tipsy Collective

With outlets littered all over Singapore, Tipsy Collective is like a zoo but for bars. The gastropubs are named after animals and are conveniently located in various neighbourhood shopping malls such as Jem and PLQ, so you can chill with your friends without travelling too far from home.

Each Tipsy outlet has a unique menu and dishes, and they serve cuisines from all around the world. Live music occurs Monday through Saturday, and the stages at each outlet are graced by different entertainment lineups. The bands play acoustic mandopop and western hits, so if you enjoy this genre of music, you can head down to your nearest mall for a quick listen.
Their newest outlet, Tipsy Unicorn, however, is not found in a mall but rather it’s a beach club in Sentosa. Here, you’ll find DJs spinning on the weekends with international guests occasionally showing up too.
