But if you’re looking to break away from the usual festive routines and try something more exciting, KF1 Kiddy Circuit at Singapore Expo is the perfect spot for kid-friendly go-karting.
If the name sounds familiar, that’s because their other outlet, KF1 Kranji is Singapore’s largest go-karting circuit. This makes for an excellent way to spend time with loved ones while revving up some serious competition. Whether you’re a seasoned driver or a newbie to the track, your need for speed will surely be satisfied.
All you need to know about KF1 Kiddy Circuit
There are 3 types of driving experiences available at KF1 Kiddy Circuit. With one ticket, you can get either 10 minutes at the go-kart or RC cars or 5 minutes at the virtual reality driving experience.
While a single ride costs $13, discounted tickets can be purchased online from Feverup where a 5 Rides Deal Combo costs just $12/ride.
The go-karts at KF1 can reach speeds up to 8km/h, slower than the average 10-15km/h, with safety barriers along the track to absorb the impacts of crashes.
To be able to take part in the fun, your child has to be at least 2 years old. As for attire, come in comfortable clothes of your choice but make sure to wear covered shoes.
Themed go-karting track with giant dinosaurs
The KF1 Kiddy Circuit is no ordinary go-kart track; it’s a fully immersive experience that takes children on an adventure through exciting, themed sections. The kids’ go-karts zoom past dazzling LED walls, with animated scenes playing to make their journey even more fun.

The track is designed with 2 unique themes to keep things exciting. In the Egyptian section, kids will drive past ancient pyramids, hieroglyphs, and even camels. Meanwhile, the dinosaur section will have them zooming past enormous, onlooking dinosaurs, making it feel like they’re racing through prehistoric times.

There’s also a leaderboard that tracks each child’s performance and gets them in the competitive spirit. If your kiddo finishes the go-kart race in or under 1 minute and 46 seconds, they’ll earn a $1 F&B token and a chance to grab a special KF1 t-shirt for $10.
While this go-karting experience is designed for kids 9 years old and below, those less than 1m tall are required to ride tandem with an adult.
Radio-Controlled Motorway for miniature cars

For a different kind of driving experience, the RC Motorway at KF1 Kiddy Circuit lets kids take control of miniature cars. The track features various bends, and kids can use the controller to navigate the winding routes to steer clear of the curbs and race to victory.
VR driving zone

KF1 Kiddy Circuit also offers a Virtual Racing Zone. Here, kids and adults can strap on VR goggles and step into the world of virtual racing. There are 3 VR machines to choose from, all designed to look like cool and futuristic vehicles.
As children are on the ride, the VR machines move to mimic the experience of real vehicles, adding an extra layer of excitement, and making it feel like the children are driving through a completely different world.
