Hotels in Singapore for National Day staycations
After 2 quiet years, the National Day Parade (NDP) is back at The Float @ Marina Bay in its full glory – fireworks and all. But if you’d rather catch views of the fireworks without the crowds, celebrate the special occasion by treating yourself to a staycation with views of the fireworks.
We’ve sorted the hotels out according to your budget. But if you feel like a baller, one even costs $2,278/night – complete with a private jacuzzi right by the Marina Bay waterfront.
1. PARKROYAL On Beach Road Singapore – Flyer views from pool

The Singapore Flyer is one of our most iconic landmarks. At the PARKROYAL Club Premier Rooms, you can admire views of the flyer and city skyline from the private balconies. While the views may be slightly blocked, you’ll still get to see flashes of the pyrotechnic displays from the comfort of your hotel room during National Day.

We recommend the Patio Rooms which come with a private outdoor deck surrounded by greenery, complete with a cosy daybed, for some peace and quiet. However, do note that there are no views of the fireworks from here.

Where to catch the fireworks this National Day
The NDP parade this year isn’t just a celebration of Singapore’s birthday – it marks brighter times after coming out of 2 years of Covid restrictions. Yet, most would still want to avoid being around too many people. Catch this year’s dazzling pyrotechnics display at these hotels with views of the fireworks, away from the crowds.
P.S: If you already have other plans for 9th August, you can also catch the fireworks during the National Day Parade rehearsals every Saturday from now till the actual day.
