Hotels in Singapore for National Day fireworks
The season of the red lion and pyrotechnics is back. You know it – National Day is right around the corner. For those seeking unobstructed views of the fireworks, we’ve got you covered with a list of the best hotel viewpoints in town. Treat yourself to staycation with views of the fireworks on 9th August , or during the NDP rehearsal on 29th July 2023.
We’ve checked, all these hotels still have rooms available – for now! Below are some of the best hotels sorted according to budget. If you feel like a baller, one even costs upwards of $3.9k/night – complete with a private jacuzzi right by the Marina Bay waterfront.

1. Naumi Singapore – Boutique hotel with chill pool area

For a boutique staycation in the CBD without breaking your budget, Naumi Singapore is your best bet. It’s known for its design-led rooms – think cheerful, Warhol-inspired suites or a zen Muji-like room with airy fabrics and light wooden furniture that’ll spark envy amongst your IG pals.
We recommend the Patio Rooms which come with a private outdoor deck surrounded by greenery, complete with a cosy daybed, for some peace and quiet. However, do note that there are no views of the fireworks from here.

2. PARKROYAL On Beach Road Singapore – Flyer views from pool

The Singapore Flyer is one of our most iconic landmarks. At the PARKROYAL Club Premier Rooms, you can admire views of the flyer and city skyline from the private balconies. While the views may be slightly blocked, you’ll still get to see flashes of the pyrotechnic displays from the comfort of your hotel room during National Day.

Or head up to the swimming pool area. It’s a massive one – a half-Olympic pool to be exact – for a dip while taking in views of the fireworks and celebrations.

3. Pan Pacific Singapore – Jungle-themed rooms for the young ones

Pan Pacific Singapore is a no-brainer when it comes to booking NDP staycations, especially with its location right by the Marina Bay.
The hotel is even offering a National Day Fireworks Package, available from now until 9th August 2023. You can choose any room category from the Executive Marina Bay Room (S$822/night) and above, which provides sweeping views of the Marina Bay.

For families, check into the Urban Jungle Suite, a themed suite which has separate sleeping zones for parents in the main bedroom; and a jungle-themed room with inflatable rocking hippo, a teepee, and a treehouse bunk bed for 2 kids.
The Urban Jungle Suites have no views of the Marina Bay, but the kids will be just as excited to head up to the swimming pool to catch the fireworks.

It gets slightly more spenny from here – but we promise you, it’s worth it if you’re planning to splash out on an NDP staycation. One such example is PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, which has a massive atrium in the middle with secret garden vibes.

What we love are the views from its Signature Marina Bay Rooms, which come with private balconies that face the floating platform and MBS. You can wave your Singapore flag in the air while clapping, cheering, and singing out of your balcony – after all, that’s what Singaporeans do best.
