While everyone else flocks to Changi Airport’s Avatar-themed performances and underground go-karting circuit, soccer fans, you’ll want to head down to the air-conditioned ST3PS at Terminal 3 instead.

On top of free movie screenings, they’ll be airing FIFA World Cup matches from 21st November 2022 onwards. Opening hours will be extended so you can even catch the 3am matches here. They’ve also got seating space for 200 and there’s room for an additional 100 to stand if you didn’t manage to chope a seat.

2. National Library – Screenings of the 3rd placing & final matches

After a day of mugging at the National Library Building, catch the live screenings of the 3rd placing and final matches of the FIFA World Cup 2022 at the outdoor Plaza. Both will be happening at 11pm onwards.

Football fever will be at an all time high at the Singapore Sports Hub. One of the best places to soak in the good vibes with your friends, the venue will have live music, football games, and FIFA- themed displays that everyone can enjoy for free. The matches will also be screened on a giant LED screen.

Understandably, not all venues screen the midnight and early morning matches – those are ungodly hours. If soccer > sleep, view some of the exciting matches, including the semi-finals and finals at 5 ActiveSG Sports Centres

No worries if none of the other options are near you, as PA is holding live screenings at 58 Community Centres across the island. Enjoy the show without having to worry about expensive wee-hour transport when you head to your nearest participating CC. 

There’ll also be sideline activities such as E-sports, Foosball table games, and mini-football themed challenges. Also, vibe out with live music and prize giveaways.

Not just a place to enjoy smokin’ satay, Lau Pa Sat is also where you can catch FIFA World Cup matches on a 130-inch LED screen. You don’t have to pay to enter the premises, but it’ll still be a good idea to purchase at least a drink or 2 out of courtesy. There are stalls open round the clock here.

World Cup Fest 2022 takes the FIFA frenzy to the next level with a festival at the Padang. All 64 matches will be screened, plus there’ll also be a food bazaar, futsal and soccer competitions as well as World Cup-themed Zumba. Mega fans can also book VIP tables for a more comfortable viewing experience. 

Singapore Recreation Club members can enter for free, but the event is open to the public at $15/person. Each ticket also comes with a beer to get the evening going.
