This course is suited for the most beginner of home cooks and will teach you how to make stock and steam rice amongst other culinary basics. “Ichijyu sansai” translates to “one soup three dishes” which is a typical Japanese meal of soup, a meat/fish dish, and two vegetable sides served with rice.
