Aperia Mall’s newly refreshed spaces
Aperia Mall may not be one of the bigger malls in Singapore, but it’s already known amongst shoppers for its weekly luggage market and Thai Supermarket. Now, it’s gotten a cool new facelift, featuring refreshed spaces, a new playground, and – our fave bit – an entirely new food wing housing popular chains like Wang Fu Dim Sum and Beutea.
Here’s the lowdown on all the best new amenities and ongoing promos to check out.
What to expect from Aperia Mall’s refreshed spaces?
New food stores & F&B wing
New F&B wing.
If you work or live around the Kallang area, you’d probably know that Aperia Mall has always had quite the diverse range of food options. Now, they’ve thrown a whole new food wing into the mix, plus a couple of new F&B stores along the food stretch facing Lavender Street.
Near A Hot Hideout, you’ll find Peranakan resto Martina’s Kitchen (#01-60/61), popular Hangzhou food chain Nainai Flavor (#01-57), and the iconic Madeleine’s (#01-54) egg tarts.
While Martina’s Kitchen’s opening discount – 10% off total bills – lasts till 31st July only, we spotted ongoing weekday lunch promos there and at Nainai Flavor, with lunch sets starting at just $15.50 and $10.50 respectively.
Meanwhile, foodies would be glad to hear that Madeleine’s famous Portuguese egg tarts have recently returned after 2 years, priced at $2.50 for 2.
Over at the new food wing, some F&B chains to try include popular prawn noodle chain Hoe Nam Signatures (#01-68/69), Chinese “cai fan-style” eatery Hundred Grains (#01-65/66), Wang Fu Dim Sum (#01-43), and EPIKebabs (#01-42).
Head down ASAP to enjoy free noodle refills and unlimited drinks as part of Wang Fu’s opening promos, as well as 20% off lunch takeaways at Hundred Grains.
For a quicker bite, there’s also good ol’ Subway (#01-64) at the new wing, plus Beutea (#01-71) for your BBT fix.

New rooftop playground
Parents, here’s somewhere to bring your kiddos if they’re getting a lil’ agitated mid shopping spree. Over at Aperia Mall’s rooftop on L3, you’ll find a playground equipped with a net structure for older kids, and a small tunnel and animal climbing structures for younger ones.
Murals by local artist Nuriman
This large curved wall outside the new food wing makes for a great photo op!
Visitors will also notice new pops of colour both inside and outside Aperia Mall, thanks to the gorgeous new murals by local artist Nuriman.
Sheltered pick-up points and more entrances
Last but not least, Aperia Mall is now more accessible, with new entry points around the mall, plus fully sheltered pick-up and drop-off points so you won’t have to worry about getting drenched if you’re cabbing down on a rainy day.
Ongoing mall promos
On top of all these new facilities, we’ve still got more good news to share. To celebrate their revamp, Aperia Mall has quite the line-up of promos to enjoy.
From now till 1st August 2026, they’re hosting The Great Bounce Party, where participants can rummage through a sea of STAR Balls to grab QR codes with exclusive discounts like free egg tarts from Madeleine’s and free Bak Kut Teh at Hoe Nam Signatures. At night, you’ll get to party it up on a giant bouncy castle whilst jamming to a live DJ set. To take part, redeem passes via the CapitaStar app by entering the code <BOUNCE>.
Meanwhile, in August, foodies can participate in the Hidden Bites Trail and Weekend Treats promos, which run from 1st August to 30th September 2026 and 8th August to 30th September 2026 respectively.
For the Hidden Bites Trail, you’ll get to redeem 1 stamp per $10 spent using eCapitaVouchers or linked payment methods at participating stores like Hoe Nam Signatures, EPIKebabs, Hundred Grains, and more. Once you collect 5 stamps, you’ll be able to get a $20 eCapitaVoucher.
The Weekend Treats promo is slightly more straightforward – simply enter the code <BITES> on the CapitaStar app to claim $10 eVouchers for usage at the same participating stores on weekends.

Finally, here’s a treat for drivers. Aperia Mall is currently offering 2 hours of free parking, from 6pm-2am on weekdays, and 12am-11.59pm on weekends. This promo runs from 1st August to 30th September 2026 as well.
