Between meals, there’s a range of itineraries to choose from to pass the time, each lasting three hours. Sandal-making workshops by Shoe Artistry offer an introduction to leather-crafting, where you can try giving Dr Martens a run for its money. Should you be an unabashedly huge foodie, there are also local cooking classes and tours for Hainanese and Hokkien cuisines.
