If you’re scouring for some new items to add to your skincare routine, check in to the L’Occitane Hotel.
The pop-up event happening from 28th June to 9th July 2023 at #01-01 of Raffles City Shopping Centre will have plenty of L’Occitane products to sample and includes a free personalised hair and scalp diagnosis.
And, as we all know, pics or it didn’t happen – there’ll be immersive photo-worthy projections at the pop-up. Plus, bring home an 8-piece sample kit of some of L’Occitane’s best-selling products ‘cause free things must take.

Now if you’ve been to the Van Gogh exhibition and experienced the magical room with giant projections of his paintings, you’re going to love the Almond Forest section of this pop-up. It’s basically a similar immersive experience that mimics the region in France where L’Occitane grows its almond trees.
Fun fact: since 2002, L’Occitane has replanted over 18,000 trees in Provence.

If you’re one who’s always concerned about your carbon footprint with every purchase you make, you can look forward to finding out more about how L’Occitane is making the effort to stay sustainable. Want to do your bit for the environment? Participate in L’Occitane’s Big Little Things Recycling Program by dropping off your beauty empties at the pop-up hotel.
Bottles and containers from any beauty brand will do but make sure they’re cleaned and dried. Those empties that are accepted will help you earn stamps which you can redeem for travel-sized products and vouchers.

Once you’re done at the Almond Forest, adjourn to the next room which is the Almond Spa. This is where you can browse L’Occitane’s range of Almond products such as the best-selling Almond Shower Oil.
Whether you’re super familiar with this range or are completely new to the products, not to worry as friendly staff will be around to provide product demonstrations – who knows, you just might be able to pick up a tip or two.

The next stop will be the 5 Essentials Oil Bar. If you’ve come across TikToks about what products suit different hair types but can never get a clue on what they’re talking about, well, you’re in luck here. Meet L’Occitane’s very own hair care mixologist who’ll provide you with a free hair and scalp diagnosis.
Based on the results of your analysis, the expert will help develop a hair care routine customised specifically to your needs for you to achieve silky smooth tresses, so you can go around flipping your main character type of hair. Don’t worry about searching high and low for the right products either as L’Occitane’s got different ones designed to address various hair concerns.
Oh, if you look closely at the decorations around the place, you’ll notice that they’re all made up of upcycled plastic packaging and similarly, L’Occitane uses recycled plastic for all their bottles and packaging – we stan.

Here’s the highlight of the L’Occitane Hotel pop-up event – the Immortelle Field. Step into a dark room with projections of an endless field of Immortelle flowers. You’ll want to spend some time here to admire how the flowers change through different seasons.
Once out of the fields, you’ll immediately enter the Immortelle Suite. Here is where you can learn about what makes L’Occitane’s iconic Immortelle flower such a useful ingredient to formulate their popular skincare range.
Plus, you’ll be able to try out products from the range. Something that you’ll want to specifically keep a lookout for is their best-selling Immortelle Reset Serum. The serum is filled with natural ingredients that are rich in antioxidants, protecting your skin from stress during the day and activating its recovery process at night. You’re not too far away from having that It-Girl glowy skin.

Before you wrap up your visit to the L’Occitane Hotel – which will take roughly 40 minutes for the full experience – remember to stop by the Gift Shop to pick up a new fragrance and get your hands on exclusive sets and gifts with any purchase made.

Note: The "L’Occitane Hotel" is a pop-up event inspired by a hotel concept, rather than an actual hotel.
Sign-up is only valid for visitors aged 16 years old and above. Children below the age of 12 would require parental or guardian supervision throughout the experience.
