Lounge around and go for a dip in this rooftop infinity pool at the newly rebranded Hotel Telegraph located in the CBD. If the neo-classical building looks familiar, that’s because it was formerly home to So/ Singapore.
The 1972 Rooftop Bar is right by the poolside where you can order up a cocktail. Unwind and enjoy the city skyline, which is especially pretty at night, while sipping on a Manhattan ($24) or the foolproof Pisco Sour ($24).

Shangri-La Singapore will be a hit with the kids, with 6 unique play pools for children of all ages. You’ll find them running to Splash Zone, an outdoor water play facility decked with aquatic amenities and 6 water play areas such as slides, lazy rivers, and even a pirate ship.
There’s also a shallow pool with water cannons and jets shooting up from the ground – for those who aren’t so confident in their swimming abilities just yet.
Just remember to register your children when checking in to be entitled to 1 playtime session for each night of your stay.
Chill out and pamper yourself while the kids go wild.

For parents or those without kids, there’s also a massive pool to do laps in or to just lounge about by the side. You might feel like you’re on a vacay overseas, with the tropical landscaping surrounding the pool and fiber-optic lighting display at night.

Located on the 30th floor of The Clan Hotel is another one of our favourite hotel swimming pools. With an unobstructed view of Chinatown from the pool, it’s a great spot to catch the sunset and snap some shots during golden hour.
There are also lounge chairs that are just close enough to the edge of the pool if you don’t want to get wet. Dip your toes and admire the views.

Here’s something you may not know: there’s a beach club right in the middle of Orchard Road, and it’s located on level 4 of Pullman Orchard. This is where you’ll find the hotel swimming pool, lined with cabanas along the side and adorable floaties in the pool.
Get your party on with drinks from the bar or relax and soak in the Singapore sun all while being at Orchard. Don’t forget to upload that cute photo of you posing on a floatie against the geometric-styled pool tiles, your friends might just be fooled and think you’re in Bali or Phuket.
Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore brings the Thai-resort vibes to our local shores with 3 different pools. The 1.2m-deep Lap Pool has enough room for you to swim to your heart’s content, and even has a drying area to sit and relax after a rigorous workout. After taking laps in the pool, make a dive for the jacuzzi jet streams to relieve any sore muscles.
At the Relaxation Pool, you really can daydream that you’re having a vacay – especially with the resort atmosphere. There are even chairs to sink into while still being able to dip your toes in the water.
The kiddos aren’t left out, either. The Kids Pool is fairly large with chairs surrounding it, so parents can look out for the little ones while they play. That said, the pool is only 0.5m deep so beginners are free to swim to their heart’s content.

The pool at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay lights up the mood at night. With the many LED lights at the bottom of the pool, you’ll feel like you’re swimming over a starry night sky while surrounded by the Marina Bay skyline. The pool also uses mineral water, which is gentler on the skin than regular chlorine water.
Even if you’re not feeling up for a swim, the Skyline Bar has all-day bundle deals for snacks and drinks from 1pm-9.30pm. Prices start from $48 for 5 cans of beer and you can top up $35 for light bites – crack open a cold one with the boys or pop some champagne.

If you’ve ever wondered how people do underwater shoots, they might’ve used a pool like the one at The Warehouse Hotel. Surrounded by glass walls, you’ll be able to catch views of the river and Robinson Quay even while you’re underwater. Catch the sunset or enjoy the view through a different lens while you take a dip in this 1.2m-deep infinity pool.

You can choose to get active or just relax and enjoy the greenery and view of the city.

Fitness junkies will love the pool at Citadines Connect City Centre, as it comes with an aquatic gym. It’s been said that exercising in water eases the stress on the joints – so you’ll have an even more efficient workout. If you’ve already worked up a sweat, all you have to do is lean back and cool off in the pool.

Fitness may not be your passion – and if so, you can just chillax on the water beds that are partially submerged or jacuzzi surrounded by palm trees. This adds more of a holiday oomph to your pool experience.

There’s a certain utopian aesthetic to the pool deck at Village Hotel Sentosa. In fact, it was inspired by the cascading pools in Turkey – so you get the feeling of a getaway without leaving the country. This sprawling pool also comes with a view of the sea for that extra tropical feel.

They even have a lazy river for you to lepak in as you slowly meander down its winding bends – yes, reminiscent of the Shiok River at Wild Wild Wet. Lined with foliage, it almost feels like you’re actually in a jungle. The rain curtains definitely complete the package and help you cool off if you’ve spent an entire day in the sun.

The little ones can have a getaway of their own at the Children’s Play Pool. With slides, water features, and even a mini man-made beach, it’s almost as if they have their own island to explore.

It’s sun’s out, guns out at Hard Rock Hotel Singapore’s pool. There’s a man-made beach and even a beach volleyball court – so bring a beach ball along for a few games. If you’d prefer to just chill, you can soak in one of the hot tubs around the pool to wash away the stress.

Work and play can sometimes go hand in hand, especially at lyf one-north Singapore’s rooftop pool. For the uninitiated, lyf‘s concept of co-living encourages guests to mingle and expand their connections. And what better way to do it than by chilling by the pool?
