Brunch buffet at Hilton Singapore Orchard
You know what they say, “good food, good mood”. Singaporeans love feasting on delicacies and we won’t miss any opportunity to stuff our faces, especially when said nosh comes in endless quantities.
With the return of self-service buffets, Hilton Singapore Orchard has launched the Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet at their in-house restaurant, Estate. With classy charcuteries and free flow bubbly, here’s what you can expect from the brunch buffet:

For families who can’t ever agree on what cuisine to have for lunch, this buffet spread will probably be the solution to end the age-old argument. Dig into the lineup of mains inspired by international cuisines. Get a serving of Chinese classics like braised pork knuckles with sea cucumber or go French with their selection of terrines.
If your cheese mantra is “the stinkier, the better”, you won’t want to miss out on the motley selection at the buffet’s cheese trolley consisting of 32 types of cheeses. There are mild, soft cheeses, as well as stronger ones like roquefort and blue imported from France.
These best pair well with the breads, fruit, and nuts offered for you to curate your own charcuterie. Options are aplenty at the cheese trolley, which includes a sourdough, rye bread, figs, and dried apricots.

The seafood section is probably what we look forward to most at a buffet, and this one has unlimited oysters from Canada and France. Aside from oysters, you can also fill your plate with lobster thermidor, tiger prawns, and even sashimi. Fix yourself a surf ‘n’ turf plate while you’re at it, with the selection of ham, wagyu prime rib, and black truffle roasted duck.
As you gorge on these delectables, wash it all down with bottomless champagne from Laurent Perrier that is sure to tickle any tippler’s heart. Switch things up at the DIY Cocktail Bar, where you can play bartender by mixing your own alcoholic drinks to your liking.
Dessert includes local kuehs and delectable fruit tarts.

It’s said that there’s a separate stomach for desserts, so even if you’ve filled up, know that you can end your meal on a sweet note at this buffet. There are a tonne of options for everyone in the fam to tuck into. For sweet tooths, clouds of cotton candy are made fresh at the station, while older palates who prefer it “not too sweet” can get traditional kuehs.
Kid-friendly activities like face painting & pottery
Mum and dad – feel free to kick back and relax with a drink in hand and let Estate take over the babysitting with their series of kid-friendly programmes.
Tots will be kept occupied and entertained with activities like pottery and a magician on site. There’s even face painting where kids can request to be dolled up as their fave cartoon characters. And should parents want to join in the fun, there’s even a hopscotch grid available to play on.
