Serving up Bali vibes is Aramsa The Garden Spa, which houses a yoga studio, outdoor cafe, and spa treatment rooms. Psst, they even have ongoing promotions.

There’s no need to travel to places like Ubud or Phuket to treat yourself to a massage surrounded by nature. There’s literally a package called Bali Getaway ($348 for 150mins), which includes traditional exfoliation, Balinese massage, and mineral salt baths.

For some healing and inner peace, book the Milk & Rose outdoor garden bath ($98 for 30 minutes) – the milk helps to exfoliate your skin, while rose petals relax you so you can get better sleep. There’s also the option to add on a 60-minute massage for $76.

Self-care is the all-encompassing theme at Aramsa The Garden Spa. There’s a yoga studio hidden within its compound. Called Yoga Seeds, it occupies a light-filled space flanked by floor-to-ceiling glass windows. If you’re the type of person who needs the aircon, it strikes the perfect balance between staying indoors and having your yoga practice surrounded by nature.

Classes here range from relaxing Yin Yoga to more physically-challenging ones like Vinyasa Flow, where you quickly transition from one post to another. Passes are $35/session, but if you’re new to the studio, check out the welcome trial pack available at $35 for 2 classes – that’s one session free.

After all that sun salutation and twisting your body like a pretzel, it’s time for some nourishment. Head on to Canopy Garden Dining, a pet-friendly restaurant open till 10pm. Ask to be seated at one of the alfresco dining spots, or seek shelter from the heat indoors.

Whether you’re there for brunch after yoga class or planning a date night with a special someone, there’s food for every occasion. Order the buttermilk pancake ($10) topped with either strawberries and almonds or bananas and walnuts – paired with a cappuccino ($5) for a hearty brunch. Otherwise, the pan-seared Norwegian salmon ($24) or a traditional beef lasagna ($19) is a safe first-dinner date choice.
There’s also happy hour from 12pm-8pm on weekdays – order a pint of draught beer ($12), housepour wine ($12/glass), or house spirits ($7).
