Unihealth has 3 24-hour locations in Singapore. Apart from the usual medical consultations, they also provide Covid-19 services such as testing and vaccination with Sinopharm. You can also book a health screening any time of the day, but it does require fasting for 8 hours beforehand.

The group behind the telemedicine app Doctor Anywhere have their own brick-and-mortar clinics, of which DA Clinic @ Ang Mo Kio is open 24 hours. The clinic provides child and senior vaccinations in addition to health screenings as part of their 24-hour services.

They are also able to do the bi-annual medical screenings for foreign domestic helpers. These are required by the Ministry of Manpower if you’re hiring a maid in Singapore.
