When the cravings hit, most of us can easily ring up our favourite fast food chain for a burger or some fried chicken. The idea of your meal being delivered directly to your doorstep is super appealing, and convenient to boot.

However, it’s not that easy for vegetarians, simply because most food delivery options contain some form of meat. To help you guys out, here’s a list of delivery options from eateries in Singapore that are fully meat-free.

Their speciality, the Creamy Shrooms Burger ($10.90) consists of a soy patty with heaps of mushrooms and a cream sauce. If you want something with local flavours, try going for a Chili Krab Burg ($12.90), where a crispy konjac “crab” patty is doused with sweet and sour chili crab sauce.

Apart from bentos, they’ve also got options such as noodles, burgers, and mushroom bowls. Slurp up their vegan Laksa Noodles ($7.50), or chomp on their Black Pepper Soya Burger with Fries ($8.90). The best thing is, you don’t have to worry about the pungent stuff like onions and garlic, as there isn’t any of that in their food.

Koreans are big on their meat – as evident in KBBQ with different types of marinated beef and samgyeopsal. However, that doesn’t mean that vegetarians have to miss out on their Korean fix.

The Boneless Kitchen is a restaurant that cooks up a meatless Korean storm. There are your classic dishes like the Army Stew ($11.10) and Sweet Potato Noodle ($12.10), and while they’re typically accompanied by meat, they’ve piled on mushrooms and tofu to make sure that you’re getting enough protein.

Aside from the paneers and masala gravy dishes, dishes like butter chicken and tandoori are a staple in North Indian cuisine. It’s almost impossible to imagine these dishes without their meat, but Gokul Vegetarian does just that by replacing it with tofu chunks – for instance, their own Butter Chicken ($11) uses vegan replacements that resemble the real thing.

Seafood is so important to Japanese cuisine that the idea of salmon-less sushi seems almost unfathomable. But Herbivore Vegetarian Restaurant manages to shake things up by switching out all their meat and seafood with convincing vegetarian substitutes. For example, the Katsu Curry Set ($19.26) uses plant-based pork instead, and their Crispy Floss Maki ($14.98) contains mock sashimi instead of actual fish.
