Running from now till 21st November 2026, the limited-time menu sports an exquisite spread of Peruvian cuisine, prepared with the precision and finesse of Japanese traditions. For instance, the Scallop Ceviche ($38) pairs naturally sweet Hokkaido Scallops with a shower of Peruvian Aji Amarillo Tiger’s milk for a punch of citrus and fragrant heat.
As for carbs, dig into the Arroz Chaufa Nikkei ($78), which features a roasted codfish upon a bed of wok hei-infused fried rice studded with octopus, prawns, pork, quinoa, and aguaymanto.
