Tribecar Is Having A Car Rental Promo At $88/Month So You Can Drive Anywhere Without COE Worries

Tribecar promotion

Car sharing and car rental services have become increasingly popular, as Singaporeans favour the ease of whizzing from place to place without paying sky-high COE prices. The cost of on-demand car rentals and car sharing subscriptions can vary between the growing number of platforms in Singapore, but this new Tribecar promotion is set to save you some moolah.

At just $88/month, you’ll be eligible for two free hours of car booking daily on weekdays. This is over 30% cheaper than their regular $128/month subscription rate, and you’ll even get a $20 Tribecar voucher thrown in if you’re one of the first 50 customers to cop this deal. Read on for the full deets:

“Own” a car for just $4.40 per weekday

This Tribecar promotion is best suited for folks who need to journey to and fro via car on the daily. It’s a lot more convenient and reliable than opting for one-off, on-demand car rentals. And you’re pretty much guaranteed to save money as compared to booking private hire rides, as the subscription promotion works out to just $4.40/day, if divided by 20 weekdays in a month.

Fun fact: Paying $88/month to essentially “own” a car is actually cheaper than buying an adult monthly concession pass EZ-Link. So you’ll be saving more money to cruise around Singapore in style, than you would while sandwiched between fellow commuters during the peak MRT and bus ride crowds.

The subscription entitles you to two hours of vehicle bookings daily, between midnight on Monday till 5PM on Friday. You can use this 120 minutes of car access to shuttle yourself and your loved ones to work or school, run errands while staying in air-conditioned comfort, or travel to far-flung outing destinations quickly without exorbitant private hire ride surcharges.

Tribecar is home to over 800 vehicles available for rental, and you can pick the one that best suits your needs. There are cars which cater to big families, or those who require space for transporting large goods – perhaps those who are moving out

If you prefer to zip around town on a two-wheeler instead, the platform also has a range of motorcycles for you to choose from.

Check out their sizable selection of sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, MPVs, and even vans available for booking. They’re also introducing Tesla cars to the mix, so keep your eyes peeled for that.

Save time and money with Tribecar’s $88/month subscription

They say time is money, and you’re sure to cut down on time spent on public transport by getting yourself a regular car subscription. The $88/month rate makes for significant savings especially for those who need to travel long distances around the island on the daily.

Tribecar customers also get to book their vehicle of choice up to two hours in advance, so you can secure a sweet ride ahead of important errands and plans to meet up.

Fret not if you’ve just gotten your license, as the subscription plan will come with a New Drivers’ Surcharge by default. This means you won’t have to top up additional surcharges, and can enjoy the subscription rates and privileges just like everyone else.

If this car sharing subscription seems like a good fit for you, act fast as the first 50 subscribers will get a $20 Tribecar voucher. This can be used on any booking at all, inclusive of peak periods.
