Suntec City’s Holiday Wonderland with LINE FRIENDS
As we approach the cusp of December, the weighty responsibility of going gift shopping once again lies on our shoulders. Rather than making hasty, last-minute visits to the malls, save yourself the stress and go on your gift runs a tad earlier this year at Suntec City.
You’ll get to further revel in the festive spirit at the Holiday Wonderland event from now till 26th December, done in collaboration with LINE FRIENDS. It promises nothing short of a massive ball pit, LINE FRIENDS-themed premiums, and even a spectacular snowfall show.
Slide into a huge LINE FRIENDS-themed ball pit
This sprawling ball pit is dubbed Snowball Frenzy, and you won’t have to look hard to spot it as it’s located at the Suntec City Atrium (Tower 1 and 2). There are a slew of fun features strewn about which makes for a perfect outing idea, whether you’ve got a little one tagging along or are just looking to spruce up the IG feed with some holiday eye candy.
Climb into the 4m-tall BROWN House, where you’ll get to whizz down any one of the 4 different slides before splashing down into the ball pit. No better way to beat the stress and relish in some carefree festive fun!
Do remember to come wearing socks and long pants to be admitted into the ball pit.
Feel free to strike a pose with the many huggable LINE FRIENDS figurines, featuring the likes of BROWN, CONY, and SALLY. And when you’re feeling knackered, you can also lay atop giant holiday-related inflatables.
Other attractions include the Carousel Bauble Swings, where you’ll get to swing in carefree bliss, and the Ball-mania Towers which will rain down a cascade of balls at the push of a button.
The redemption booth is located near Snowball Frenzy.
To gain admission into Snowball Frenzy, simply head to the redemption booth or any of the Customer Service Counters in Suntec City. Then, present a maximum of 2 same-day receipts that indicate a total spend of $50 in the mall to receive an event e-Voucher.
You can then present the event e-Voucher at the entrance of the event area to book your slot. Each event pass provides 20-minute admission for up to 3 people. To ride the slides, children entering the event area must be at least 85cm tall.
Snag some special edition LINE FRIENDS merch
The LINE FRIENDS love does not end here, as there is a range of special edition premiums for you to call yours.
This run of merch will bear holiday-themed motifs, just in time for gifting season.
These special edition premiums are available at the redemption booth or any Customer Service Counter in Suntec City, and the same spend of $50 within a maximum of 2 same-day receipts at the mall will net you the chance to purchase them. They make for fail-safe gift options if your recipient is enamoured with all things cute.
From 1st December, goodies such as a UV umbrella ($9.90), 4-piece packing cubes ($12.90), and BROWN chair cushion ($15.90) will be up for grabs.
‘Round the corner, you’ll find a PLAY LINE FRIENDS retail pop-up store too, in case you’re shopping for the entire kampung. The store is filled with goodies like shoulder bags, key chains, and phone cases adorned with prints of BROWN and friends, so have your pick.
Have some family fun with kid-friendly carnival games & rides
Once you’ve had your fill frolicking in the ball pit, you can venture outdoors to try your hand at some carnival games and rides. Do note that you’ll need to top up your carnival card with credits to play and ride, here’s a handy table that displays the conversion rates:
There’s a minimum fee of $25 for first-time top-ups.

If you’ve got a steady aim, there are a bunch of plushies up for the picking at game booths like Snowflake Darting (from 6 credits/game) and Snowball Smash (from 6 credits/game).
Parents can hitch a ride alongside their kids, from 3 credits per accompanying adult.
There are also a couple of kid-friendly carnival rides to please the children in tow. Ones that garnered the most enthusiastic squeals when we visited were the Candy Ship (6 credits/pax) and the Trackless Train (6 credits/pax).
Stay for music performances & snowfall shows
Visitors to Holiday Wonderland can also catch music performances on Saturdays and selected Sundays, at 7pm and 8pm. Sing along to classic holiday tunes as talented musicians like Sheng Li (@guitarstreet) and Karyn (@iamnotagirl) serenade the crowd with their angelic voices.
Don’t forget to catch the accompanying Snowfall Show, which takes place Fridays through Sundays at 7.30pm, 8.30pm, and 9.30pm. You’ll want to get your camera out for this one, as it’ll beautify the carnival grounds with a blanket of faux snow that spews from the massive festive tree which is located next to the carnival and music performances.

You’ll be able to kill two birds with one stone should you choose to do your shopping now at Suntec City.
