SLA25 Rediscovery Trail
Did you know that the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) oversees the management of State land and properties in Singapore? Many of these heritage State properties have been repurposed to fit new uses from lifestyle, F&B, and retail to community and the arts, to suit and appeal to current generations.
What is the SLA25 Rediscovery Trail?
The SLA has been doing this for the past 25 years, and they’re celebrating their silver jubilee in style – the headline event of which is the SLA25 Rediscovery Trail, taking place from now till 13th September 2026.
As the name suggests, the SLA25 Rediscovery Trail is a nationwide experiential campaign which invites one and all to get out of the house and rediscover Singapore through our State properties.
What to expect?
Discover 25 State properties

As part of this trail, SLA has shortlisted 25 State properties that you can explore. They’ve been categorised on the SLA25 Rediscovery Trail web app geographically and thematically, using our homegrown national map service, OneMap.

All you have to do is sign up using your mobile phone number, and you can head to any State property of your choice to check in and get started on your quest.

One of these sites is Temasek Shophouse, with a history dating back to 1928. Others you can look forward to include 195 Pearl’s Hill Terrace, New Bahru, the Danish Seamen’s Church, and even offshore points such as St John’s and Lazarus Islands.
Learn about the State properties

At each of the State properties, you’ll find information panels telling you all about the history and adaptive reuse behind each property.

P.S. While you’re here, don’t forget to check in on the web app – it’s GPS-verified so you really have to be physically there to “mark your attendance”.
Collect limited-edition wooden postcards & magnets

It’s important that you check in and get verified at each unique State property that you visit, because for every 3 properties that you visit, you’re entitled to 1 limited-edition engraved wooden postcard and magnet.

Accompanying each postcard is another limited-edition piece of merch: a fridge magnet that depicts a State property in its past and present forms, along with its significance and evolution over time.
There are 8 designs in total, and you can only pick them up at the following State properties:
- Temasek Shophouse
- KADA
- Smith Street
- Lau Pa Sat
- Dempsey
- ArCH Square (125 Jalan Sultan)
- The Foundry
Check Collection of Mementos on the web app for the exact collection points at the above locations, and show your check-ins to collect the memento.

195 Pearl’s Hill Terrace is one of the State properties you can visit.
Be among the first 25 people who are verified to have checked in at all 25 sites, and you’ll walk away with a limited-edition SLA25 NETS FlashPay Card which comes with $100 stored value.
Enjoy discounts & free activities at participating tenants

Flash the promotion page on the web app to enjoy a cookie for just $2.50 at Fore Coffee, Temasek Shophouse.
To make the SLA25 Rediscovery Trail more fun for you and your kakis, SLA has roped in a whole bunch of tenants at the 25 State properties to offer you freebies and promos to make the trek more fun and rewarding.
