The island is gearing up for a massive Sentosa 2.0 refresh soon, but while we wait patiently for the glow-up, there’s already something worth heading down for. Sentosa GrillFest 2026 is back at Siloso Beach on selected dates from 23rd July to 16th August 2026, bringing 42 food vendors across 5 zones, including 18 new additions.
This year’s line-up includes Chef’s Grill, an omakase-inspired beachfront dining concept co-curated with the Singapore Chefs’ Association; Marketplace by Indoguna, where you can pick fresh ingredients to be cooked to order; and Sunset Lounge by Asahi, a beachfront bar for golden hour drinks. So if your group chat needs a July or August hangout plan, this is your sign to suggest grilled food by the beach.

Returning zones include Local Grills, International Grills, and Beachside Grills, each bringing a different kind of flame-kissed goodness to the festival. Over at Local Grills, familiar names like DAMN, Craft’ B, and Slurp Your Oysters are making a comeback, with dry-aged meats, grass-fed ribeye, and freshly shucked oysters in the mix.

For those craving flavours from around the world, BBQ Box will be back with its smoky international grill offerings. New additions include Umi Matsuri, which brings Japanese robatayaki-style grilling to the beachfront, and 8 Degree Taiwanese Bistro, serving Taiwanese night market-style bites.
At Beachside Grills, returning favourite Jett BBQ will be bringing back its dinosaur ribs. New names to look out for include My Cow Bae, Smokin’ Joe, and ChillBro – with My Cow Bae serving Signature Shio Kombu Beef Cubes from $22, featuring torch-seared ribeye cubes infused with umami-rich shio kombu.

Here’s what’s special about this year’s edition: for the first time, Sentosa GrillFest is also introducing a beachfront “omakase” experience with live-fire cooking. Chef’s Grill is the festival’s first-ever eight-course omakase-inspired beachfront dining experience. It’s co-curated with the Singapore Chefs’ Association, so you can expect a more polished sit-down meal instead of the usual grab-and-go setup.
The 8-course set starts from $128, and you’ll need to book in advance, as tickets are limited. The experience will be held in an air-conditioned tent with premium chinaware, which is a very welcome detail when you remember this is still beach dining in Singapore.

Diners will also get a close-up look at live-fire cooking techniques, with chefs preparing the courses in front of guests. Expect 3 mainstay vendors across all 4 weekends: Sentosa Golf Club, R&B Grill Bar, and ASAP & CO. The latter is a Halal steakhouse – so yes, a Muslim-friendly option is available. On top of that, a rotating guest vendor will join the line-up each week, so the menu will change across the festival weekends.
If you like choosing exactly what goes on your plate, head to Marketplace by Indoguna. Developed in collaboration with premium food importer and distributor Indoguna, this year’s Marketplace will spotlight local sourcing and sustainable produce, with a curated spread of fresh meats, seafood, vegetables, and gourmet items.
The centrepiece is a chiller display where guests can browse and pick their ingredients before watching them get cooked to order at themed grill-and-serve stalls. Expect plenty of live-fire action too, from grilling and smoking to searing right in front of you.

There’ll also be a retail section stocked with artisanal products, sauces, spices, and ready-to-cook items, in case you want to bring a bit of GrillFest home. Plus, there’s an aura-reading photobooth for those who want a fun photo moment with friends between bites.
Once you’re done eating, make your way to Sunset Lounge by Asahi, a dedicated beachfront bar made for golden hour hangouts by the sea. There’ll be DJ programming and live band performances too. So gather your pals and wind down with sea breeze, sunset views, and something cold in hand while you’re spilling the latest tea.
Now, it’s time to bookmark Sentosa GrillFest 2026. It’s ideal for date nights, group hangouts, or just chill evenings for good food. And with 42 vendors, beachfront dining, sunset drinks, and enough grilled food to satisfy you for a whole year, it’s worth heading down hungry.
