PSLE season is almost here, which means P6 students across Singapore are probably knee-deep in revision papers and last-minute mugging. As someone who sat for PSLE years ago, this writer knows all too well how stressful those few weeks can be. So when we spotted that Shell is giving away free PSLE care packs to P6 students, we knew we had to share the news – here’s where you can get yours.
P.S. Check out our guide to PSLE dates and the new scoring system if you need a refresher.

There are 10,000 Shell Select Care Packs up for grabs, each filled with more than $30 worth of goodies. They’re meant to remind students to relax and recharge when the exam stress starts to pile up. And honestly, we could all use a little treat after surviving a day of exams.
Although items come pre-packed and may vary between care packs, based on the image on Shell’s website, students can expect a mix of potato crisps and gummies, along with more nutritious options such as chicken essence. There also appears to be a blind box in the mix, which could be a fun little reward to look forward to after a long day of papers.

P6 students just need to present any 1 of the following to redeem their care pack:
Each eligible P6 student can redeem 1 care pack for the entire promotion period, so please don’t make multiple trips to hoard the snacks.
Parents and guardians can also collect it on their child’s behalf. Just remember to bring along the child’s P6 Student ID or PSLE Examination Slip for verification.

The care packs will be available for collection on 19th-20th and 26th-27th September 2026, from 8am to 8pm, while stocks last.
There are 51 Shell locations islandwide participating in the giveaway, so you can pick a station that’s more convenient for you. Check Shell’s website for the full list of participating locations before heading down.
PSLE can be a stressful time, but it’s important to take a breather between all that studying too. So if you have a P6 student at home, head to a participating Shell station to redeem their free care pack – at least when they go back to mugging, there’ll be goodies to keep them going through the last stretch.
