No BBQ meal is complete without a serving of stingray (U.P. $13-21). We’re #teamsambal, but you can choose to have a black pepper one instead if you can’t handle the spice.

If the sight of lala (U.P. $10) is enough to get you salivating, then you’ll be pleased to know that the family package includes this barbecued classic. Have it tossed in either sambal or garlic sauce for that added kick.
Adding to this BBQ feast is the sotong (U.P. $13) dish in either sambal or garlic sauce. Some say too much sotong is bad, but we say eat first and exercise later – we’ve got plenty of home workouts waiting for us anyway.

To balance out all that barbecued seafood is a vegetable dish (U.P. $7) of your choice. Depending on what you like, you can go for Kang Kong, Kailan, Long Bean or Lady Finger.
