Grange House at Orchard Road
Orchard Road is getting a new spot for live music, and we finally have a little more info to share. Grange House, an upcoming live music venue by entertainment company and concert organiser Live Nation, is set to open next year as part of the Orchard Road Rejuvenation Initiative.
The new space was first announced back in 2024, but details around the venue have been pretty limited – until now. With its opening on the horizon, here’s what we know so far about Grange House, including what to expect and how you can win tickets to its opening party.
What is Grange House?

Grange House is an entertainment venue that’s currently being built for upcoming concerts in Singapore. According to the official website, the space can also be used for events, brand activations, and corporate functions, and can even be booked for private hire.
It will have a 3,000-person capacity, putting it somewhere in between Singapore’s smaller live music venues like the Esplanade Theatre and bigger concert halls like the Singapore Indoor Stadium at The Kallang.
What to expect at Grange House?

Of course, the main attraction will be the event stage, which will feature high-tech equipment and can accommodate both local talents and international acts.

Outside of the stage, Grange House will also have a landscaped terrace with seats, giving visitors a spot to take a breather and chill amongst greenery.
There’ll also be several indoor spaces, including an all-day cafe and restaurant, where you can grab some grub before a show or refuel after an event.
When will Grange House open?

Where will Grange House be located?

Grange House will be located at 94 Somerset Road, on the site where the former Grange Road carpark once stood. It’s within walking distance of Orchard MRT Station, though Somerset MRT Station is the closer of the two.
There’ll also be a walkway connecting Grange House to 313@somerset, so getting to the venue should be pretty straightforward if you’re coming by MRT.
How can I win tickets to the opening night?
