So you have a mini Usain Bolt at home who makes running a mile look like a piece of cake. Or perhaps, as a running enthusiast yourself, you want to get the kiddos into this cardio workout too.
If that describes you, then bring the fam to Palawan Beach at Sentosa on 4th June 2023 and compete in the Giant and Cold Storage Kids Run. You’ll get to break some serious sweat and a chance to snag up to $400 worth of prizes. Plus, 3 hours of quality bonding time with the kiddos.

Like most races, this run will also end with a mad dash to the finish line to win some sweet prizes. On the lineup are hampers stocked with treats from Cold Storage and Giant worth up to $400 for the top 3 winners from each category.

3 categories for kids of all ages
The Giant and Cold Storage Kids Run is divided into 3 different categories.

Kids between the age of 7 and 9 years old are invited to compete in the Strawberry Girls/Blueberry Boys 1.6km category. For older children from 10-12 years old, the 2km Apple Girls/Pineapple Boys category is for you.Â

Another option for those with tiny toddlers as young as 6 months old is the 1.6km Yuu-zu Family Fun category. In this race, 1 parent will be able to run alongside 1 child of up to 12 years old. If you’re going to leg it with the little ones who just got the hang of walking on their feet, consider strapping them in a stroller or baby carrier – yes, that’s allowed.
Compete at the Giant & Cold Storage Kids Run
Instead of spending another weekend at an indoor playground or mall, take to the beach in Sentosa on 4th June to kick butt in the Giant and Cold Storage Kids Run.
It’s happening from 8am-11am, so prepare to run like toy store creditors are chasing you and bring a bunch of prizes home. Early bird tickets are $50/child or $60/adult and child and give you access to the race, as well as game booths at the carnival and other family activities onsite.Â
Oh, and feel free to bring the whole fam bam. For every extra team member, you’ll need to top up $45/adult and $20/child. So, if you want to bring your twins, triplets, and even grandparents, by all means.
But hurry, the deal expires on 16th April 2023. After that, ticket prices will go up to $55/child or $65/adult and child and will only be sold till 21st May 2023. That said, we’ll see you at the finish line.
