It’s official: there’s more to Disney than just movies and theme parks. Soon, you’ll be able to board the Disney Cruise Line’s Singapore-bound ship.

Disney Cruise Line is adding a 7th ship to its fleet – the Disney Adventure – and this time, it’s setting sail out of Singapore on 15th December 2025. Here’s everything you need to know to start planning your vacay with Mickey and friends.

The 6,700-capacity cruise will come staffed by 2,500 Disney characters with cabin designs inspired by Disney, Pixar, and Marvel movies. Expect to be greeted by Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie as you board the ship and bump into Disney princes and princesses who will be roaming around.

There’ll be 7 interactive zones: Disney Imagination Garden that’s inspired by 100 years of Disney history; Moana-themed cluster of pools at Wayfinder Bay; under-the-sea Disney Discovery Reef featuring the likes of Little Mermaid and Lilo & Stitch; magical Town Square kingdom where Disney princesses reside; Big Hero 6’s San Fransokyo Street which consists of shops and cinemas; a multitude of restaurants and water play zones at Toy Story Place; and Marvel Landing that’s home to the Avengers heroes.

Within these 7 zones is a smorgasbord of fun activities for the young and young at heart. For example, adrenaline junkies can head straight to the Ironcycle Test Run. This thrilling 250m-long ride is inspired by Tony Stark’s newest invention and has been crowned the longest rollercoaster at sea.

There’s also the Pym Quantum Racers, a miniature car ride around and toy set track, and the Groot Galaxy Spin, where you’ll be spinning around a Nova Corp Bass Jumper.

Your kiddos might want to cool off from the heat. The aforementioned Toy Story Place has a giant family pool to chill in, several exciting whirlpools, and huge water slides to whizz down. Otherwise, there’s also the gaming lounge at Big Hero Arcade, where high-tech games like a training simulator can be found.

What’s Disney without its wonderful tunes? The Walt Disney Theater hosts 2 exclusive shows for guests to catch. Remember is a new musical created exclusively for the cruise, featuring EVE and Wall-E from Disney-Pixar’s Wall-E. And of course, the classic Disney Seas the Adventure is a Broadway-style musical starring Disney’s iconic characters and songs.

Plus, there’ll also be a whole host of kid-friendly activities and kids clubs so everyone can be a part of this magical cruise. This includes virtually designing a rollercoaster, arts and crafts, storytelling sessions, dress-up time, movie screenings, and dance parties. There are nanny services at the it’s a small world nursery for kids aged 6 months to 3 years too.


Disney-themed dining experiences

We can’t forget about the grub. Disney Adventure follows a rotational dining concept, where guests can experience all Disney dining experiences. Timings and seats will be pre-booked for every guest, so you don’t have to worry about queuing for a table.

There are 2 entertainment restaurants onboard – Navigator’s Club, a maritime-themed affair, and Hollywood Spotlight Club, featuring the golden age of Hollywood. Needless to say, there will be appearances with Mickey Mouse and the gang during mealtimes so you can chat and snap pictures with the iconic characters.

There are also 2 animated restaurants on the ship. Animator’s Palate and Animator’s Table showcases the intricate film strips, props, and artwork from Disney’s Animation films like The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and Finding Nemo. Chomp away while you admire the evolution of sketch to animation IRL.

On the other hand, Enchanted Summer Restaurant and Pixar Market Restaurant are buffet-style restaurants that are open for breakfast and lunch daily. They’ll switch to table service during dinnertime.

There are other F&B establishments to check out too. Bewitching Boba and Brews is inspired by the sea witch Ursala, and it’s where you can get your bubble tea fix. Cosmic Kebabs is a nod to Ms. Marvel, offering a variety of kebabs and pitas. Mowgli’s Eatery pays homage to the Indian jungles in The Jungle Book and serves Indian cuisine, while Stitch’s ‘Ohana Grill is where you can grab classic American food.


Luxurious sea view rooms with Disney features


Let’s talk about where you’ll be resting for the night. Disney Adventure has various rooms to choose from, depending on your preference.

For example, large families travelling with kids can go for the Concierge Royal Suites. This option includes a gue living room, dining room, 1 main bedroom, and a kids room with bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms also so getting ready in the morning won’t be a chaotic affair.

Otherwise, if you’re holidaying with friends, the Concierge Suites fits up to 5 guests. The majority of the rooms onboard have a split-bathroom concept, and under-bed storage so pieces of luggage won’t get in the way. If needed, you can request for free bottle warmers and sterilisers, cribs, and diaper disposal units too.
