Decathlon Sports Fest 2026 in Singapore
If your idea of “exercise” is brisk walking to catch the bus, you might just be tempted to level up at the upcoming Decathlon Sports Fest 2026 happening on 15th and 16th August 2026. It’s going to be one of Singapore’s biggest sports festivals, with a wide range of sports for you to explore at your own pace.
This year, your pets can even join in on the fun. From trying your hand at niche sports like fencing and lacrosse to watching your furry companions go wild at the festival’s pet obstacle course, here’s all you need to know about it.

The Decathlon Sports Fest 2026 is taking over a massive 5,000sqm carpark right outside Decathlon Singapore Lab in Kallang. It’s free entry, with over 30 different sports to try, plus music and food and drinks.
Head down solo, with the fam, or gather some friends – the event’s suitable for all ages. And there’s no need to worry about the scorching sun, as there’ll also be tents set up for shade to help you cool down and take a breather between activities.

It’s not a Decathlon event without sports, and this one’s going all out. You’ll get to try your hand at over 30 different sports, from trending faves like pickleball to more intense ones like gymnastics. There’ll be seasoned coaches stationed on-site too, so even complete beginners can have a go at the sports of their choice.
Plus, there are more niche offerings like fencing, lacrosse, tchoukball, and teqball to experience, so take this chance to cultivate a newfound appreciation for these sports. There’s even going to be a custom-built river pool where visitors can go kayaking without having to swing by the nearby Kallang River.

This year’s edition of the festival will also introduce a new Pet Obstacle Sports area manned by Noble Canine Oasis, so your furkids won’t feel too out of place as they zip around. FYI: there’ll be a dedicated medic point at the Welcome Zone with paramedics and an ambulance on standby in case of emergencies.

That’s not all – there’ll also be combat sports like karate and silat to impart discipline and self-defence skills, and even snowboarding to help you prep for your winter holiday without having to leave the country.

Oh, and if you need a little motivation, grab a Decathlon Sports Passport at the entrance, and collect stamps as you try out each sport. You’ll get a stamp for every sport you try; collect 5 and you’ll be rewarded with a free Marigold drink. Those who collect 10 stamps can redeem 250 Decathlon membership points, which is equivalent to a $3 gift card to use on your next haul.
The jack-of-all-trades athletes who complete the entire sports passport can also submit the finished booklet and stand a chance to win prizes from Decathlon and the Sports Fest’s partners like Guzman y Gomez, JBL Singapore, and Dr Stretch.

Come hungry, because there’ll be plenty of yummy bites and icy drinks available for purchase. Decathlon is bringing in over 10 food vendors offering family-friendly options, healthier picks, vegetarian alternatives, and halal-certified meals. Once your tummy’s happy, hang around for the live beats and entertainment lineups at the main stage for all-round good vibes.

Pawrents, you’re not left out either – the event is pet-friendly too, so feel free to bring your furbabies along for the fun.
Sustainable initiatives
You’ll also be able to trade in your used Decathlon weights, such as dumbbells and kettlebells, as part of the Buy Back programme at the festival. Store credits you receive can be put towards your next sporty buy.

Do I have to register for the Decathlon Sports Fest?
No registration is required – just head down to try out a new sport.
What should I bring?
Head down dressed in comfy sports attire and shoes, or swimwear if you’re looking to participate in water sports.
There’s no need to lug your own gear – everything you need will be provided. But if you’ve got a favourite racket or pair of goggles, feel free to bring them along.
