High tea sets at $68/pax at 3 different fine dining outlets

The English may have invented afternoon tea but we’re more than happy to have Crystal Jade’s version of high tea with dim sum and Chinese tea. This year, for the first time ever, the restaurant group has rolled out exclusive fine dining high tea sets ($68/pax) for you to have a sweet parent-child bonding sesh.

For a limited time only, you can bop Prosecco Cecilia Beretta NV ($58/bottle) and slurp dim sums over their high tea which will be available at the following outlets: Crystal Jade Palace, Crystal Jade Golden Palace, and Crystal Jade Pavilion.
Each outlet has their own variation of the high tea set but all of them come with 2 types of appetisers, 4 kinds of dim sums, a soup, and a main. Some of the light bites you can look forward to include Black Truffle Toast with Mentai Mayonnaise and Pan-fried Scallop in Bacon Roll.
Of course, we didn’t forget dessert which comes in 2 varieties. Plus, there will be free-flow Chinese tea. It promises to be atas afternoon meal, sure to satisfy both your tummies and hearts.

These high tea sets will be available over 2 weekends during Mother’s and Father’s Day at all 3 outlets so there will be ample pampering available for both parents. You could even choose to try one set for Mother’s Day and a different one for Father’s Day.

For something more filling, opt for their seasonal a la carte dishes featuring classic Chinese dishes. These specialty dishes will be available across both the fine dining and casual dining outlets so you can still have a delectable meal with the fam if a sit-down dinner or casual lunch is more your thing.
Crystal Jade Palace’s menu features Chilled Boneless Kampung Chicken ($36/half, $70/whole) and Stewed Chinese Yam Vermicelli with Sesame Chicken ($32/3-4 pax).

Suppose you’re planning to check out the Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen outlet, some of their must-tries include Nourishing Pumpkin & Chinese Yam Congee with Garoupa Fillet ($13.80/pax) and Steamed Squid with Water Chestnut Dumplings ($7.80/3 pcs).
