Grain has an extensive menu featuring healthier options, including yam barley rice, steamed egg, and poached sea bass. They even have rolled oats cereal prawns and otah bak pau that are chef’s kiss.

If you have a massive extended family, go for Yea Mama’s well-presented buffet spread. They cater for parties with 30 pax and above, with a full table setup including centrepieces and biodegradable utensils. The company also provides service staff ($100/server) if you’d like to take your party to the next level.

Four Seasons Catering brings a fun twist to the table – we’re talking unique dishes including plant-based meatballs, tempura lava shrimp balls, and mala stir-fried root vegetables that’ll make your guests exclaim in delight.

We’ve got the traditional yu sheng, but The Plattering Co. takes it up a notch with their Rainbow Fruit Yu Sheng. They’ve replaced the usual ingredients with various fresh fruits including oranges, strawberries, and apples for a healthier option – while still retaining the bright colours for maximum huat.
Buffet sets go from $760/20 pax, and the menu consists of one-of-a-kind dishes like bak kwa quiche, Teochew yam rice, and mini red velvet cakes. Your party will be one for the books for sure.

We’re all about inclusivity with Gourmetz. The company is a fully certified halal caterer, so feel free to invite all your pals and colleagues this LNY. Should you have any family members who aren’t eating meat, there’s also the full vegetarian reunion set at $25.80/pax.
Choose from a wide range of LNY must-haves like the abalone yu sheng, roasted duck, fried rice, and 8 treasure soup. Throw in the dragonfruit prawn salad for a refreshing number.

Stamford Catering is no foreign name when it comes to food catering services. This OG company has made its name thanks to its scrumptious dishes, like the crispy salted egg fish skin yu sheng and fried rice that’s included in their LNY feast (from $23/pax).

Spice Village may be known for their Nyonya classics including the nasi lemak and otah, but their LNY buffet sets are not to be slept on.
They have mini sets (from $22.80/pax) that start at 7 courses. Main course options include garlic prawns, fish fillets with Nyonya assam sauce, grilled mackerel otahs, and seafood fried rice. For dessert, you can’t go wrong with their almond beancurd with longans, éclair and cream puffs, or sliced cakes.
