1. Doraemon Live Show with Meet & Greet at United Square
Snap pics with Doraemon & friends & snack on themed desserts
Those who grew up watching Doraemon can rejoice, as you can introduce your lil ones to the beloved blue and white robot cat.

Doraemon will be making his way to United Square this Christmas, and you’ll be able to catch live shows featuring him and his friends from 5th-15th December 2024. Do note that he’ll be taking a break and won’t be around on 10th December 2024, so plan your visits well to catch his antics.

Moreover, those who spend $30 in a single receipt will receive an exclusive pass for an intimate Meet & Greet session with Doraemon, Dorami, and Nobita. There’ll also be Doraemon-themed merch up for grabs, as well as special Doraemon-inspired treats to fill your bellies with, such as a Dorayaki Azuki Red Bean dessert by Burnt Cones at United Square, while those at Velocity@Novena Square can dig into a Doraemon Churro Special from Twist & Buckle.
Finally, for those with lively kids in tow, the Wan To Play Space Carnival at KINEX will be up and running from 20th December 2024 to 1st January 2025. They can also run wild at the Snow Play Zones at KINEX and United Square at the following locations and dates:

2. Christmas Market at One Holland Village
Shop for handmade gifts & try some craft beer
If you’re looking to indulge in some retail therapy this Christmas, there’s no better place to do it than at the annual Christmas Market at One Holland Village. Apart from several booths selling cupcakes and a selection of craft beer, there will be a rotation of stores happening each week in December focusing on pet goods, baby products, and IT products from Sony’s roadshow.

3. A Merry Reef Adventure at S.E.A Aquarium
Meet-and-greet with stingray mascots
A Merry Reef Adventure is a new event coming to S.E.A Aquarium at Sentosa, bringing fun reef-themed activities in collaboration with Josef Lee, a Singapore-based picture book author. His story of Caleb, a clownfish searching for the owner of a red hat, will be brought to life as a motion comic in the aquarium, where kids and adults alike can learn about marine life in the coral reef.
Your kids will definitely be kept occupied with the many exciting activities lined up, such as colouring fish illustrations, watching Santa dive with the fishies, and a meet-and-greet session with 3 stingray mascots – Mika, Mako, and Manja.

4. A Universal Christmas at USS
Christmas shows & special projections at USS
Put your wizarding hats on at A Universal Christmas, an event at USS where there will be movie sets inspired by the Wicked movie and projection shows.
In celebration of the Wicked movie premiere, USS has been done up as the Emerald City, where you’ll get to meet mascots dressed up as the show’s star characters, Elphaba and Glinda. Otherwise, visit The Emerald Beautification Salon, where you can get a makeover to look like your favourite witch out of the hit movie.
Elsewhere in Universal Studios Singapore, you’ll get to experience a tropical Christmas with “snow”, a brand new Christmas show, and elves roaming around the park.

5. Pokemon Aqua Adventure at Adveture Cove

Kids 6 and above can test their physical prowesses on the Sonic Obstacle Course, a challenge that will earn them limited edition Sonic pin badges if they can clear the 6 Ninja Warrior-inspired stations. 8. World Christmas Market Singapore at MBS

Launching for the first time at Marina Bay Sands is World Christmas Market Singapore, a new fair where you can load up on festive treats and Christmas trees while soaking in the Christmas spirit with festive entertainment programmes.

Look forward to Christmas treats such as Glühwein – a mulled wine cocktail originated from Germany, Viennoiserie – flaky butter pastries originated from France, and minced pies from the UK. You’ll also find locally inspired food here like lok lok and grilled seafood in a section dedicated to Singaporean flavours.
Meet Santa Claus at Saint Nicholas Village, hop on a train to his workshop in Lapland, and even bring your furkids along to the Fur Friends Bazaar. To complete your experience, don’t miss the nightly Christmas shows, and bring home your very own Christmas tree.

9. Christmas Villages at Shaw House & Ngee Ann City
Food trucks, carnival rides & live performances
Returning again in 2024, the Christmas Villages at Shawhouse & Ngee Ann City is a jolly event that’s already ongoing, with carnival activities and performances.
There’s a huge lineup of fun activities such as carousel rides, claw machines, performances by local buskers, food trucks, and even popup stores selling Christmas gifts. Look out for this year’s 14m-tall Christmas tree at Ngee Ann City, and bring your kids along for “snow” showers happening at 8pm and 9pm daily.

10. Enchanted Christmas at Chinatown Point
Free postcards to send to your loved ones
Over at Chinatown Point, yet another festive event to check out is Enchanted Christmas, where you can mail your very own Christmas postcard to your loved ones this Yuletide season. Simply head to the Customer Service counter on Level 2 to redeem your free postcard and stamp, then find the red letterbox to get it sent off.
This event won’t be complete without a roster of performances, including a toy soldier band that will be parading around the mall on 29th November and 6th December, and Christmas carols happening 30th November and 7th December.

11. Christmas Wonderland 2024 at Supertree Grove
Dazzling light sculptures & faux snow
Going to each year’s Christmas Wonderland is becoming a staple activity for most couples in Singapore, and in 2024 it’s returning with a bang, offering new light installations and even faux snow. One of the installations you can’t miss would be the iconic 20m tall Spalliera with its gothic design drawing influence from Italian cathedrals, illuminated by 100,000 bulbs.
Every evening’s Garden Rhapsody music show will conclude with Blizzard Time – this year’s faux snowfall will be accompanied by choral music by local composer-conductor Dr Darius Lim. Finally, make sure you get all your IG shots at the 50m-long Walk of Lights tunnel, this time with light displays inspired by Swan Lake.
You won’t have to worry about food as well, with famous vendors such as Brewerkz, Harry’s, and Churros Republic at the festival dishing up your favourite finger food.

12. Festive Wild-erland at Mandai Wildlife Reserve
Complete a wildlife trail to earn exclusive Snoopy badges

PEANUTS will be taking over Singapore Zoo and Bird Paradise with Festive Wild-derland, a wildlife adventure created for kids aged 3-12.

Kids on this wildlife trail will follow the Snoopy Beagle Scouts Mission Booklet as they venture through 4 checkpoints, laid out through the 2 attractions. The educational trail will be filled with animal sightseeing spots, and they’ll be awarded Mandai Wildlife Reserve x Snoopy Scout badges upon completing the checkpoints.
Other Snoopy-centric activities at the wildlife parks for kids include the opportunity for them to draw their own PEANUTS comic strips, game stations, and Snoopy-themed photo spots scattered throughout the parks.

13. Hasbro Game Carnival at VivoCity

14. Public Garden Christmas at Suntec City

If you want to support local brands, head on down to Public Garden Christmas, a marketplace that connects Asian brands and startups by Singaporean students. Taking place on Level 4 at Suntec Convention Centre, you’ll be able to find an assortment of tote bags, stickers, knitted accessories, jewellery, and Christmas ornaments too.

15. Hello Kitty Festive Wonderland at Changi Airport

In celebration of Hello Kitty’s 50th anniversary, Hello Kitty Festive Wonderland has transformed all 4 terminals at Changi Airport into ‘gram-worthy photo spots starring Sanrio characters.
Spread over 15 locations at Changi Airport, you’ll find installations of Hello Kitty and her Sanrio friends. The biggest of them is an 8m-tall Hello Kitty topiary at Terminal 3 Departure Hall, behind which stands a 7m-tall rainbow slide with 3 lanes.

That’s not all – catch the Hello Kitty carnival at T3 Arrival Hall with its 9 zones inspired by the characters Pochacco and Hangyodon. There are claw machines, carousel rides, game booths, and limited-edition merch up for grabs such as the Hello Kitty Hand Warmer Cushion ($12.90) and the Puffy Bag with Hello Kitty and Friends Bag Charm ($29.90).
Commemorate this experience by snapping a pic with one of the friendly Sanrio mascots, which will appear from now till 22nd December 2024 at the daily meet-and-greet sessions.

16. The Gift Of Disney Cruise Line at Jewel Changi

For those who can’t afford to go on an actual cruise, consider paying a trip to The Gift Of Disney Cruise Line at Jewel Changi’s Canopy Park instead. Onboard this simulation of a ship, there are 7 themed areas with characters from Disney, Pixar, and Marvel movies. Spot your favourite heroes such as Baymax and Iron Man, and meet some of them in the meet-and-greet sessions taking place from now till 10th December 2024.

17. Twinkle & Treats: A Sweet Christmas at Plaza Singapura

Happening at Plaza Singapura, Twinkle & Treats: A Sweet Christmas is a pop-up event organised by the Museum of Ice Cream that will feature pink light installations, pink Christmas trees, and an igloo sprinkle pool for kids to play in.

Apart from IG-perfect displays, there will also be Dessert Squishy Painting workshops where you can create your own personalised Moic Dessert Squishy toy. Each workshop takes just 20 minutes and will set you back $15.
P.S. The first 50 people who attend this event daily will get to redeem free ice cream. All you have to do is post a picture of yourself at the event and post it on IG, tagging Plaza Singapura and the Museum of Ice Cream’s Instagram accounts.
