Cycling studios and spin classes in Singapore
Spin classes have become popular among those hopping onto the healthy lifestyle bandwagon. It’s a rigorous and adrenaline pumping workout, and you don’t actually need to know how to ride a bike for it – because everything will be done indoors on a stationary bike.
Here’s a list of spin classes you can find in Singapore – one even includes virtual reality:

You can also grab a quick bite at the in-house cafe – there are baked goods, coffee, and smoothies available. Those who pre-order your smoothies are entitled to 10% off too. Classes are available on ClassPass, but do note that the studio is pretty strict on punctuality so do your best to arrive early.

Drop-in rates are $50, but first timers’ Intro Week ($60) lets you book up to 3 classes in 14 days. After that, if you’re hooked on it, there are class packs, unlimited weekly passes, and 1-on-1 sessions available. Equipped with shower facilities, The Ripple Club won’t have you leaving smelling of chlorine too.
Plus, the underwater workout induces a massage from the water which prevents lactic acid build up in your muscles.
