Those who loved Impressions of Monet at Gardens by the Bay are in for another treat. While the exhibit at the Flower Dome is ending in September, you’ll get to catch the artist’s story at Monet Inside in October.
This time the exhibition is moving to Parkview Square, the Gotham-looking building in Bugis that also houses the gorgeous Atlas bar. Although exact dates haven’t been released yet, it will start in October 2024.

You’ll get to step into the world of the French artist, Claude Monet, with this immersive art exhibition that makes use of different forms of media.
If you’ve been to exhibitions such as Van Gogh and Frida Kahlo, you know what to expect; huge rooms with 360-degree visually stunning projections accompanied by music.

The exhibition will feature larger-than-life sized versions of Monet’s masterpieces. As you may know, the artist is most well-known for his Impressionist-style paintings. You’ll also get to learn more about what this art style is through snippets of his life in Paris.
Of course, Monet Inside will include probably his most famous painting “Water Lilies”, in addition to 200 other paintings. 5 large screens, each over 6m high, in a theatre setting will be bringing all his artworks to life.

Starting from his early days of being a novice talent to finding his muse and displaying his first exhibition, and then to finally becoming the father of Impressionism, you’ll be brought through 5 chapters of his life.
Fun fact: Monet actually started out as a caricature artist. Such tidbits of his life and other untold stories will be narrated by the artist’s very good friend and art dealer, Paul Durand-Ruel.
