Côti Cafe – a cosy coffeehouse with a lovely lake view

Located about 170km to the southwest of Hồ Chí Minh City, Cần Thơ is the centre of the Mekong Delta.

Côti Cafe is on Huỳnh Cương Street, which borders Xáng Thổi Lake, a 5-hectare lake excavated by the French in the 19th century. Nowadays, it has become a city landmark.

On the second floor of Côti Cafe, the clear glass takes advantage of natural light to give you a great view of the lake. Sitting here, you can admire Cần Thơ’s skyline, which is less packed with skyscrapers and high-rises than that of Hồ Chí Minh City.

You may also catch sight of Pitu Khosa Rangsay, the golden-pinnacled Khmer pagoda, shining from afar.

The design of Côti Cafe is no less intriguing. Dark wood plays a prominent role in creating the distinctive look of this coffeehouse. Moreover, when combined with minimalist furnishing and the use of yellow light, it brings about a warm and enjoyable atmosphere.

On special occasions, the staff of Côti Cafe will decorate the coffeehouse according to a theme. For example, as Tết is around the corner, the whole building has been refurbished inside out with red lanterns, door couplets, paper cuttings, and a lion head.

They have many signature drinks

Côti Cafe serves many fascinating coffee mixes such as cold brew with almond or cashew milk. If you want something original, you can try bơ dừa phê (coffee ice blend with avocado and coconut), bơ điều điều (cashew milk with avocado), or centella latte.
