It's a well-known fact that almost every Singaporean blogshop (a term we use to describe shops selling online apparel and other knick knacks, typically owned by teenagers/young adults) uses SingPost as their deliverer.
Well, perhaps SingPost should look into increasing their manpower/frequency of delivery times, given the boost of business that this industry has given them. As SingPost is the cheapest option around, most of the time, tndividuals and companies are left with no choice but to use them as our mode of postal service.
Personally, I've experienced delayed mail/lost mail on several occasions, and I'm sure that many others are experiencing what I'm experiencing too. Even registered mails can take 2-3 business days to arrive. It's either time for a competitor to rise up, or for SingPost to pick up their game.
