8 Activities For Singles This Valentine’s Day, Since The Hottest Single Of The Year Is You

Valentine’s Day 2024 activities for singles

It’s 14th February, you open Instagram and see couples flooding your feed with big romantic gestures, matching crocs, and other things Singaporean couples do. But hey, you don’t have to feel left out, not having a cuddle buddy means having more money to spend on the hottest single… you. With these Valentine’s Day 2024 activities for singles, you won’t even FOMO about not being in a relationship.

1. Sofitel Singapore

5-course meal for one with a teddy bear

People may think that single people just dabao dinner and hide away at home on V’day. But Sofitel Singapore’s Valentine’s Day Dinner proves that wrong. Their Table For One dinner ensures that singles can dine in a prestigious restaurant with a glass of prosecco in hand.

At $98/pax, this 5-course meal includes dishes like Roasted Lamb Saddle and Raspberry Chocolate Chantilly, as well as the company of your very own Ambearssador, a life-sized teddy bear companion. So spoil yourself with a solo dinner date this Valentine’s Day and who knows, you might just meet someone special at the next table.

Reserve at Sofitel Singapore City Centre’s website.

2. The Projector Golden Mile Tower

Midsommar screening for the freshly-single

This Valentine’s Day, The Projector is screening one of the most famous break-up films of all time, Midsommar. For just $10, bitter singles can project their recent heartbreaks onto a bunch of tourists visiting a secluded Swedish village.

The film has everything for the anti-Valentine’s supporter: ugly crying, horrific visuals that’ll bubble your stomach like your deleted IG couple posts, and scenic spring fields like the wedding venues you discussed.

Though there aren’t specific deals for singles on food and drinks, on Wednesdays, there are deals like 1-for-1 glasses of wines and prosecco, on top of their happy hour deals from 4pm-7pm – think $12 housepour spirits and 10% off all bottled drinks.

So sip on some red wine and live out your flower-crown-cult-leader fantasy at the Projector this V-Day.

Note: The film is rated 21 years and above. Buy your tickets on The Projector’s website.

Event dates: 10th, 14th, 20th February 2024
