If you’ve been living under a rock, Pop Mart is the brand behind popular collectible figurines that come in blind boxes. They’re so-called as you won’t know what figurine you’re getting until you open the box. Pop Mart works with various artists and designers to create popular characters such as Molly, Dimoo, and Skullpanda, which are then sold as collections of figurines.
Labubu is another Pop Mart character that has skyrocketed in popularity in the past couple of months. It’s a monster-like character with sharp teeth and a fuzzy coat. Blackpink’s Lisa was seen sporting one of these furry dolls as a bag charm, which led to a frenzied search for these dolls by other collectors.
One of the joys of collecting Pop Mart is pulling a full collection of figurines, including chaser secret figurines, and displaying them in your home. The best way to do it is to buy acrylic boxes so that your figurines won’t collect dust. There are even specialised display cases for Labubu and Dimoo that can be used to display your figurines’ accompanying accessories too.
Check our Pop Mart guide for more tips on buying, reselling, and displaying your Pop Mart figurines.
Of course, we have to mention Pop Mart Singapore, which has 6 outlets across the island. It originally had its flagship at Funan but they’ve since opened up an even bigger store at ION Orchard. Pop Mart ION Orchard doesn’t just sell coveted blind boxes, it even has decorated photo-taking zones, just in case you’ve ever wanted to step into the world of your favourite Pop Mart character.
Here’s where you’ll be able to pick up your faves like Molly and Dimoo blind boxes. They also sell POP Bean mini figurines, which are about the size of your thumb, if you’re running out of space to display all your Pop Mart figurines.
Repeat visits will be necessary if you want to get your hands on limited edition and exclusive pieces as well. The recent LABUBU HIDE AND SEEK IN SINGAPORE Series, which saw the furry elf dressed up in a Merlion costume, is said to have sold out within days of its launch.

A typical ActionCity storefront, usually flanked by an intriguing display of collectibles, beckons curious passers by to wander in. Step in and you’re in a mecca for serious collectors. With 8 stores across Singapore, it’s not hard to see why.
It carries a number of lesser-known blind box collections from Pop Mart, such as Bob Island. They sell larger collectibles, such as Molly 400% and Dimoo X Dumbo, for those who want figurines that also work as art pieces for the home.

Apart from Pop Mart, ActionCity also sells blind boxes from other toy manufacturers, such as Finding Unicorn and tokidoki. Characters like Zzoton, GeeGeePig, and Meeisy are some of their best sellers. Trust us, they’re just as cute as Pop Mart and also as addictive to collect.

Serious collectors will know that buying collections by the case increases your chances of not having repeat figurines, and even getting the rare “secret” in each collection. You can get full cases of Pop Mart figurines at their brick and mortar stores in Singapore, but if you want to skip the hassle of bringing bulky cases home, shop online on Amazon Singapore.

Well, they’re called blind boxes for a reason – you just never know what you’d get. Unless you’re sibei lucky, you’re bound to encounter repeats. But not all hope is lost, because there’s a huge community of collectors on Carousell.
Those hunting for rare “secret” items, usually marked by a question mark on the box, may have better luck here. Some sellers even do trades, so whether you’re looking for a specific figurine or want to sell off your more common ones like Molly or Pucky Baby, it’s a win-win situation for all.
Just be wary of low-ballers, they’re everywhere.

So it’s no surprise that you can find cute blind boxes from $13.90 here – from pop culture icons like My Little Pony and Spongebob Squarepants to the more lolita-style ones under the Rolife series. The best part is that there are 20 stores islandwide – your next blind box purchase might just be around the corner.
