Fitspos, gym bros, HYROX sistas, listen up – there’s a new, free, and public training spot for you to check out, and it’s all decked out in Omnigym equipment. Located at Sea Shell Park in Pasir Ris, this first-of-its-kind outdoor gym sets new standards for public outdoor fitness corners in Singapore, and we’re here for it.
What’s Omnigym?

For the uninitiated, Omnigym is a Finnish outdoor fitness company looking to change the traditional gym experience by bringing it outdoors. Where conventional outdoor gyms have typically had static weights and resistance levels, theirs are adjustable, making them suitable for users of all ages and fitness levels.
Where to find this public Omnigym?

This outdoor Omnigym is part of the bigger Sea Shell Park, home to a marine-themed playground inspired by Pasir Ris’ coastal locale.

You’ll find it on Pasir Ris Avenue 4, a 15-minute bus ride from Pasir Ris MRT Station.
What equipment can I find at Sea Shell Park?
Of course, you won’t find a whole suite of gym equipment at Sea Shell Park, but with a Lat Pulldown, Squat Rack, Bench Press, Biceps Curl and Core Rack with dip bars and back extension, we’d say you’re pretty sorted.

According to users who’ve visited the park, the weights on these machines go up to 100kg with adjustable resistance, so you know Omnigym is not here to muck around. It goes without saying that because these are public equipment, you should definitely exercise caution and lift safely.

Besides Omnigym machines, you’ll find LifeTrail fitness equipment here too.
