For Northies, we’re talking about Northpoint City of course, where a whole bunch of new stores have opened up recently. These newcomers include the first DON DON DONKI up north and clothing stores for the fashion conscious. Here’s what you can look forward to at your next jaunt here:
Go grocery shopping at a safari-themed Don Don Donki
If you’ve been envious of Westies and Easties having their own DON DON DONKI , you don’t have to anymore. Now, you don’t have to travel far to get ahold of your must-have Japanese groceries, as they’ve opened their first outlet in this part of the island.
This Don Don Donki is safari-themed, so you’ll want to keep your eyes out for swinging monkeys right above you and lions hiding in plain sight. You’ll also be able to see Donpen and Donko, the penguin mascots, donning safari-ready outfits in the display signs.
These puffed corn snacks are sold in bags of 30 for $5.80-$6.80, depending on the flavour.

Shop the latest trends in fashion
Give your wardrobe a fresh update by making a stop at one of 3 new fashion stores that has opened up at Northpoint City. If soft pastels and worksafe apparel are your jam, then you’ll find all that at Cupid. Many of their outfits are inspired by current trends in Korea, like empire skirts and denim tops.

And if you’re in need of new undergarments that fit you well, Sorella and Triumph have opened in Northpoint City. They’re both known for their comfortable selections of lingerie.
The Aqua Yin Yang, one of the best-selling bras at Triumph, now comes in a wire-free option.
From Triumph, pick up their latest Wire-Free Festive collection that’s now available here. As the name suggests, these don’t come with the underwire that causes discomfort after long hours of wear.
