From the moment you walk into reception, Cassia Bintan already feels different from every other resort out there. Their lobby has a games corner with foosball, darts and board games, as well as a mini market stocked with drinks and food so you won’t have to go hunting for a convenience store outside.
The rooms here all come with modern designs. If you’re planning a group getaway, go for one of their lofts. Each one comes with a cosy second floor and a patio where you can hire your own BBQ pit.
In case the resort itself isn’t secluded enough for you, just a five-minute ride away is a private kelong which you can dine at. The seafood here is freshly caught, and we’d recommend that you visit in the evening, so that you can enjoy the sunset from the middle of the sea.
But if you’re the type that’s too lazy to leave the room, you can choose to have a piping hot mookata right there. Just pick out the ingredients you like at the lobby marketplace, and request the steamboat-and-grill equipment at the counter.
