House+ Bubble – 24H Spa & Leisure Complex In Jurong With Sleeping Pods, Esports Room & Cinema

House+ Bubble in Perennial Business City, Jurong East

Just take a look at your neighbourhood mall’s directory, and you’ll most likely find it populated by new openings by brands hailing from China. Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine restaurants are aplenty from East to West, Mixue’s infectious jingle can be heard pretty much islandwide, and around every corner lies a CHAGEE outlet poised to pounce on the BBT-loving masses.

Moreover, the Chinese influence doesn’t stop at just F&B. Come mid-March, they’re also dabbling in the wellness sector with House+ Bubble, a massive 24-hour spa and leisure complex that’s projected to span almost 100,000 sqft once completed. From private soaking rooms to a cinema, here’s what you can expect from this grandiose facility in Jurong East that can give the crazy spas in China a run for their money.

What to expect at House+ Bubble?

Set to officially open on 14th March 2026, Chinese wellness operator House+ Bubble will be opening a 24-hour spa and leisure complex in Jurong, and boy is it massive.

During its first phase of opening, guests will have a whopping 49,000 sqft of wellness-related amenities to unwind with. Mind you, an average 4-bedroom HDB flat measures around 1,000 sqft, so you can only imagine how expansive their premises will be. The second phase of opening is projected to happen towards the end of 2026, and will add another 50,000 sqft of space to the spa.

As of 3rd March 2026, House+ Bubble has already soft-launched its opening, which means you can visit the gargantuan spa right now. In fact, they’re running a soft opening promo, where for just $39, guests can enjoy unfettered access to the spa’s current amenities for 3 hours; do give them a ring to book a session.

Unfortunately, some spa-goers have had a less-than-stellar experience at House+ Bubble, with many reviews calling out the cramped space, dirty toilets, and lack of a cold bath and steam rooms. Some of the facilities are also not open 24/7 – the restaurant closes at 12.30am and massage services stop at 10.30pm.

To this regard, they have decided to temporarily close the bathing pools in both the male and female areas from 3rd March to make some “facility adjustments”. No word on when the pools will open, so if you’re thinking of trekking all the way to Jurong to try out this new spa, you might want to hold your horses.

Firstly, your House+ Bubble Bathing Pass (from $119/adult, $39/child) grants you access to the gender-specific bathing zones and shared amenities. Take a dip in their shared soaking pools, which feature a rotation of herbal and functional infusions. These minerals are purposely selected to help to relieve muscle tension, rejuvenate the skin, or to promote healthy blood circulation.

You can also step into their dry steam rooms, which help open up pores to support a natural detox by sweating out the toxins in your body. For a more thorough session, head into the therapy rooms. The salt therapy room relies on nourishing Himalayan crystal salt to set your mind at ease, while the mugwort herbal room draws from the herb to aid digestion, improve sleep, and soothe the skin.

The spa also provides add-on services (from $49) for your bathing experience, such as a body exfoliation service where you’ll get a professional scrub for a full-body exfoliation. There’s also the luxury skincare bar you can visit, which is stocked with skincare products from premium brands to lather on.

Note: the bathing zones have been temporarily closed for improvement works, with no reopening date currently set.

Massage & foot reflexology services & private rooms

There’s even a sound therapy room, complete with a hand pan drum.

No visit to the spa is complete without a good massage, and at House+ Bubble, you’ll get just that. They’ve got a whole host of spa treatments and an extensive foot reflexology menu, and prices start from $219 and $159 respectively. Of course, they’re well-versed in various forms of traditional Chinese therapies as well; think gua sha ($79), cupping therapy ($79), and ear candling ($89).

For a more private visit, go for House+ Bubble’s private soaking or spa rooms (from $259). The private soaking rooms can accommodate up to 2 pax, so if you’re looking to pamper your significant other with a luxurious spa day away from prying eyes, there’s nothing more intimate than that.

Rest & recharge spaces & other recreational amenities

Should you wish to take a short snooze, you can do so at the spa’s rest and recharge spaces. They’ve got sleeping pods reminiscent of those capsule hotels you’d find in Japan, as well as relaxation halls decked out with roomy reclining chairs to help with some mindful meditation.

Lounge area

On the other hand, corporate folks who need somewhere peaceful to catch up on deadlines while sipping on some coffee can do so at the spa’s lounge area.

Reading corner

There’s also a reading corner whose shelves are lined with books and magazines to leaf through, if you’re one for a digital detox.

But when it’s time to let loose, House+ Bubble is also equipped with a small cinema where you can kick back and enjoy a flick or 2. For gamers, there’s an Esports room at your disposal, with rigs that are comparable with those of established PC cafes.

When your stomach is rumbling, make a pit stop at the buffet-like restaurant to fuel up on free-flow drinks, fruits, sushi, small cakes, and even ice cream.
