It’s the 21st century and normal cars are kinda passé. The sexiest thing in town are go-karts, perfect for speed demons who love fast thrills, without the work of getting a license. If that’s you, welcome, we’re all on the same page.
Let loose your need for speed at Dino Kart 3.0, an underground disco-themed circuit happening from now till 2nd April 2023, as part of Changi Festive Village 2022.
While previous editions of Changi Festival Village featured go-kart circuits at the airport’s ground floor, the third edition of Dino Kart takes things to another level, literally.
GTA wannabes can floor the pedal at Basement 3 of Terminal 3’s car park. You’ll get your main character moment as you overtake your friends, with atmospheric disco lights and bops filling the air.

Enjoy the wind in your hair while zipping around a la Vin Diesel for 6 rounds or 8 minutes per session. These nifty electric karts go up to speeds of 28km/h, which is slightly faster than the previous years’ vehicles.
While Fast and Furious may be on your mind, remember that you don’t have Dominic Toretto’s plot armor. Come in covered shoes and put on the provided helmet to protect that noggin. Loose pieces of clothing are a no-no as well.
Not just a place for departure flights and Shake Shack meals, Changi Airport is a great spot for some friendly competition with your friends and family.
Arrive early as you’ll need to register and attend a 5-minute-long briefing before your session. Riders also have to be 13 years old or older, measure at least 1.1m in height, and be under 100kg.
Tickets are priced from $28/pax but if you’re planning to shop or dine in the area, offset your ride by $5 when you spend a minimum of $50 in a single receipt* at the public areas of all Changi Airport terminals.
* Or $80 at the supermarket or Jewel
