1. Restaurant Jin Xuan Hong Kong
Located right next to the Uptown Sales Gallery, this Dim Sum spot is sure to have something that can please even the fussiest of eaters.
The wide variety of Dim Sum here starts at RM4.50 a plate, and the portions come with a generous amount of filling.
Finding street parking can be difficult, especially during lunch hour, so it’s recommended that you park at the Uptown Sales Gallery and cross the road.

2. Restoran Ful Lai
Come here with an empty stomach because you’re in for a treat. The portions here are really generous and 2 or 3 plates alone are enough to fill you up.
Finding the restaurant is easy using Waze, especially if you’re familiar with the Kepong area. However, parking is a major problem here, so try to come before 12 noon to avoid disappointment.

3. Emperor Chinese Restaurant,Grand Dorsett Subang (Halal)
If you’re looking for more of a posh setting, look no further. Emperor Chinese Restaurant at Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel offers a top notch all-you-can-eat Dim Sum buffet with a wide variety of dishes for RM60 per person.
Senior Citizens get a special rate of RM30 and kids between the ages of 5 to 12 get to eat for free!

4. The Han Room
Lauded as one of the best places for dim sum in KL, The Han Room promises not to disappoint with its glamorous interior and good food.

5. Restaurant Yun Lai Dim Sum

Judging from the name of this restaurant you would think that this restaurant serves Italian food but no, it is in fact a high end Chinese restaurant famous for their dim sum!
Enjoy your dim sum in the comfort of this fancy restaurant. Patrons particularly enjoy the egg tarts which have been said to be especially delicious.

7. Dolly Dim Sum
Decorated with industrial-style decor and colourful furniture, at first it seems like you’ve entered a cafe and not a dim sum restaurant! Dolly Dim Sum is especially popular because of its airy and spacious interior with ample seating.
Though on the pricey side the portions are generous and the quality is good. Do note that service can be slow even on less busy days, but the food is well worth the wait!

8. Nature’s Vegetarian Restaurant
There aren’t many places in KL that serve vegetarian dim sum but Nature’s Vegetarians specializes in doing just that.
Finding street parking is almost impossible so I suggest parking in Bangsar Village and walking to the restaurant.

9. Hoong Foong Dim Sum
Deep inside USJ 21 lies this gem of a restaurant. Perfect for an early breakfast, it’s usually not crowded until about 11 a.m. and parking is very easy to find.
There is a wider choice of dishes here as opposed to regular dim sum restaurants including some Thai-inspired dishes.

10. Yuen Garden Dim Sum House
Nearby residents love coming to Yuen Garden for their deep fried dim sum.
It is usually very crowded on the weekends so it is advised that you pay a visit during a weekday as parking is ample then and service is much faster. The Yong Tau Foo is also a specialty here.
