Us corporate slaves are always itching for some form of release after a hard day’s work, and for some of us, that comes in the form of yoga. The act of stretching out our stiffened muscles after a whole day of being glued to a chair can do wonders, but with everything in the CBD being expensive as heck, we tend to shy away from yoga classes nearby for fear of breaking the bank.

Tucked in a corner of Telok Ayer that’s just a one-minute walk away from the MRT is Yoga Mandala’s tranquil studio. The yogis here will take you through a wide variety of practices from hatha to vinyasa.
