Indoor playgrounds in Singapore are a dime a dozen, so we’re not exactly surprised when a new one pops up. Most come with the usual suspects – slides, ball pits, sensory play areas, and role-playing stations. Not that we’re complaining; these are tried-and-tested kid magnets for a reason.
But Dreamdora Kids Playground takes things up a notch with a downsized pet hospital where kids can play pretend as vets. Yup, you read the title right; there’s a treatment area with MRI and X-ray machines that look quite legit.

While most indoor playgrounds have a few animal plushies and props scattered around, Dreamdora’s pet hospital goes the extra mile to make the whole setup look and feel realistic.

Kids can act as a vet for a day, with a CT scan machine, a sink area where they can prep their medical tools, an X-ray lightbox for viewing X-ray films, and even a dental chair to keep them busy as they examine and “treat” their furry patients.

And of course, you can’t play doctor without dressing the part. Kiddos can don doctor’s coats and pick up props like stethoscopes before getting to work.

TBH, even as adults, we can’t help but feel a little tempted to jump in and relive our childhood days of playing pretend too.
Ninja obstacle course for adventurous children

They can crawl through rope tunnels, test their balance on nets suspended above foam cubes, and scale a kid-friendly rock climbing wall. Once they’ve worked up enough courage, there are also twisty slides for a thrilling finish.
Sensory play zone for the younger kids

For the younger kids who may not be quite ready for the bigger obstacle courses, there’s a pebbles play zone designed for hands-on sensory play. They can grab the buckets and shovels provided to scoop, pour, and dig through the pebbles – a simple but engaging activity for little hands.

Nearby, there’s also a colourful ball pit with a small climbing hill for them to scramble up and explore. Parents can join in on the fun too, because you’re never too old for a good ol’ ball pit session.
Indoor Ferris wheel

Kids these days really have it good. Remember when we had to beg our parents for $0.20 kiddy rides at coffee shops? Now, they get an entire indoor playground with a Ferris wheel, making it feel like a mini amusement park.

Here comes the part that most parents probably fear the most: the damage. Thankfully, Dreamdora has a few admission tiers, so you can pick one based on how often you plan to visit and how much energy your kiddos have to burn.
Parents of young babies will also be glad to know that babies below 12 months can enter and play for free. Everyone else has to pay to enter, but each entry pass covers 1 child and 1 adult, while kids aged 13 and above and additional adults can purchase Additional Access at $12/hour.
BTW, remember to bring grip socks, or you’ll have to fork out $3/pair at the playground.
