Trendy Toy Box is basically a blind box haven. It carries over 600 IPs like Labubu, MOLLY, Crybaby, Dimoo, PUCKY, and more. Rest assured, the shop only sells authentic items, so you don’t have to worry about accidentally adopting any Lafufus here.

And if your wallet tends to act up after dark, the store stays open till as late as 1am for your impulse shopping urges. Plus, the store is only a 30-minute drive away from JB Sentral, so you’ll have more than enough time to browse before heading home.

You’ll find all your favourite POPMART characters here, but the store doesn’t stop at run-of-the-mill blind box series. Here, you’ll find limited edition collectibles that are hard to come by in your typical POPMART store back home.

There’s the highly coveted MEGA SPACE MOLLY 400% series, featuring exclusive collaborations like Palmer House (RM1,299, ~S$232.17), and the DIMOO Disney series (from RM69, ~S$12.33), where the adorable tot is decked out in Disney fits.

Other popular IPs beyond POPMART

Apart from your usual POPMART lineup, you’ll also get to shop other popular IPs like Sonny Angels and even Miffy. Smiski fans won’t have to scour Kinokuniya for new additions – this spot also carries Smiski series (from RM49, ~S$8.76) like Cheers, Sunday, Toilet, and Hippers.

We’re all well aware of the steep prices that exclusive collectibles fetch. Trendy Toy Box lets your wallet breathe a little with their competitive prices. For example, the limited edition CRYBABY x Crying For Love Series – Vinyl Plush goes for S$49 on Carousell, but Trendy Toy Box sells it at RM169 (~S$30.20).

Those unsure of which blind box to get, take our POPMART character quiz to find your best match.

POPMART “gallery”

The store makes good use of its huge space by dedicating a section that showcases different editions and series of popular POPMART characters, including Crybaby, Labubu, and Hirono. If there’s any place to flex your POPMART knowledge, this is it.

You’ll also find an entire zone with MEGA figures on display. So even if you go home empty-handed, at least you can say you breathed the same air as a MEGA SPACE MOLLY.
