With Christmas coming up, shopping malls and department stores have been blasting festive music to embrace the jolly holiday season. While most of us are looking for the best Christmas gift ideas, some of us are also looking for fun activities to have a fun family bonding day.

1. Singapore Symphony Orchestra December concerts

This December, sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful melodies performed by the Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO) during the SSO Christmas Concert (from $48/pax) and the Hans Graf & Churen Li concert (from $15/pax) at the Esplanade Concert Hall.
The SSO Christmas Concert happening on 12th and 13th December 2025 will feature the orchestra playing festive favourites, such as White Christmas, Sleigh Ride, and The Christmas Song, joined by the Singapore Symphony Choruses. And if you know the lyrics, you’re totally welcome to sing along.

On 19th December 2025, the Hans Graf & Churen Li concert will premiere homegrown composer-pianist Jonathan Shin’s new concerto, titled: child of the shore, starring conductor Hans Graf and pianist Churen Li. It invites audiences to slow down with classical music – a breath of fresh air in the midst of hectic year-end festivities.

2. One Holland Village Weekend Christmas Market

If you’re looking to indulge in some retail therapy this Christmas, there’s no better place to do it than at the annual One Holland Village Weekend Christmas Market. There will be a rotation of booths happening over 2 weekends in December, focusing on everything for pawrents and their furbabies.
Look forward to brands including Pawfurry and Barkaberry. Pawfurry is known for its all-natural, human-grade pet treats for dogs and cats. The treats contain fruits, vegetables, and herbs that encourage your pets to eat healthy. 3. Christmas Wonderland 2025

Christmas Wonderland 2025 is returning from 29th November 2025 to 1st January 2026 at Gardens by the Bay. This annual Christmas event will see the large-scale light installations illuminating the Supertree Grove and the fan-favourite Garden Rhapsody Light & Sound Show with Blizzard Time inside the Spalliera.

There’s also a carnival with a carousel, bumper car rides, and the giant swing. Of course, a carnival isn’t complete without the game booths. Impress your date by winning a plush toy at the ring toss or snowball cannon booths.

4. Togetherland by World Christmas Market 2025

Christmas bells are ringing at the World Christmas Market 2025. This year’s market will run from 11th December 2025 to 4th January 2026. Titled: Togetherland, you can look forward to 9 festive zones at the ~20,000sqm Bayfront Event Space.

The central hub of the festival’s Christmas events is the Dancer’s Magical Playground, where you can catch Christmas musicals and live performances filling the air with music and cheer. When you get hungry, taste local and international flavours at the food markets of Dasher’s Festive Feast and Comet’s Global Market. Of course, you can’t leave without meeting Santa at Candy Cane Land.

5. Catch the Holiday Magic

Happening at Suntec City from now to 28th December 2025, Catch the Holiday Magic is a Pokémon-themed pop-up Christmas event. With many activities and shows, check out the Explore Like A Trainer pop-up, where you can meet your favourite Pokémon and watch a Pokémon Dance Parade.
There are also many activities around the malls, such as the Snowfall Show, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon Legends: Z-A Zones – where you’ll be able to play the latest title on the recently-released Nintendo Switch 2. Also, participate in the daily Who’s That Pokémon quiz to win prizes that include Pokémon cards and Suntec City e-vouchers.

6. Christmas Train Show

Returning for its 2nd year in a row at Gardens by the Bay, the Christmas Train Show is happening at the Flower Dome from 23rd November 2025 to 4th January 2026. It features model trains from Denmark, the USA, and Singapore chugging along miniature tracks.
Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit with Christmas trees and poinsettias filling the Flower Dome, while mini train models go round its track and through beautifully bloomed flowers. Admission to the Flower Dome includes the Christmas Train Show, so there are no additional charges.

7. Unicorn Christmas Garden

This festive season, Downtown East is turning into a Unicorn Christmas Garden with plenty of Christmas events from now till 31st December 2025. From 1st December to 12th December 2025, there will be 12 Days of Christmas where you can stand a chance to win vouchers and enjoy massive discounts, including a Child Day Pass to Wild Wild Wet at only $12.
Head to E!Avenue to celebrate the festive season with music and themed activities. Every Saturday, your kids can meet fairies and play with bubbles, or for a more immersive experience, join the performers to sing Christmas carols. There will also be a balloon artist twisting and folding balloons to create unique unicorn creations for your little ones to bring home.

8. Festive WILD-erland 2025

This holiday season, Mandai Wildlife Reserve is hosting an array of Christmas events and pop-ups across Mandai Wildlife WEST, Bird Paradise, and Rainforest Wild ASIA with Festive WILD-erland 2025. Happening from now till 4th January 2026, snap pics with your family at the Festive photo points at the park entrance, or participate in Santa’s Adventure Quest. Search for Christmas Tokens hidden along Forest Treks to get exciting prizes worth up to $50,000.

There will also be a special Christmas edition of the Wings of the World Presentation at the Sky Amphitheatre in Bird Paradise. Bird Paradise will also have a Snowy Penguins WILD-erland with lights and snowflake projections around the penguins.

9. Disney Cruise Line-themed Changi Festive Village
Enjoy free entry to Canopy Park
Changi Airport has a Disney-themed Changi Festive Village 2025 inspired by Disney films and the upcoming Disney Adventure Cruise coming to Singapore in March 2026. With many photo spots across Terminals 1, 2, 3, and Changi Airport Jewel, your phone’s photo album will be filled with new memories of these festive Christmas events.
Instead of the Rain Vortex, the giant 16m-tall Christmas tree will welcome you at the entrance of the Forest Valley. Head up to the Canopy Park ($6/pax) on level 5 to admire the Toy Story installations, stained-glass artworks of Disney princesses, and a mini ship featuring Duffy the Disney bear. The best part – you can enjoy free admission to the Canopy Park if you’re dressed in Disney-inspired outfits in December.

10. The Great Christmas Eve Street Party

As part of Orchard Road’s annual Christmas celebrations, The Great Christmas Eve Street Party is back for its 3rd year with live music under the brightly lit Christmas lights along Orchard Road. Throw your hands in the air, while Maia Lee, Mathilda D’Silva, and other popular local bands serenade the crowd with Christmas favourites all night long.

Of course, if you don’t want to fight the crowd at the street party, other Christmas events are happening along Orchard Road as well. There will be live performances outside malls, including ION Orchard, Paragon, and Shaw House, pop-up events, and a projection show at Hilton Singapore Orchard.
